Appalling company - Avoid!!

One star as the option of zero stars doesn’t exist. Initially had some correspondence about a potential installation date but it stalled until we had our power connection upgraded. Once this was done however you cannot get hold of anyone to progress the install. No one ever calls back or returns emails no matter how often you get in contact. Person who takes the calls even had to check himself to remember the name of the company he was supposed to be representing. Every sense that the whole setup is a scam - hopefully somebody calls me to suggest otherwise.

So no contact, no charger and no refund. Nothing. Do not use these people at all otherwise you are throwing your money away.

Avoid at all cost

Great service and confidence given at point of enquiry and site survey done on video call and quotation very quick.
Once I accepted and fully paid up front (a decision based on initial experience) a decision I certainly regretted quickly.

Once I paid I then experienced very poor communication, delays securing fitting dates with long lead times, once an appointment was finally confirmed it was then cancelled after office hours the night before the planned install by automated email, and all messages to rebook ignores for some time!

After more inconvenient days chasing for revised install date (further weeks of delays) the sub contractor employed to fit the box was shocking in terms of appearance and attitude, who during fitting caused damage to both the inside and outside of my property and tried to hide it from me.

I found later the day of fitting my cooker no longer worked, after emergency electrical assistance was employed the fault was directly related to the EV point fitment (left wires loose in fuse box) which left my home in a very unsafe state.

I have now spent 4 week chasing any ownership at all from this company who employed the installers, ignored emails and calls, and that includes Pauline McLaughlin CEO, doesn’t answer direct messages pleading for assistance, ownership and responses! The saga continues……

Importantly - I had to chase for the legally required electrical install certificate (supplied with errors) and still await the building regs part P application! This potentially stops you being able to sell or rent your property!

The saga continues to get a suitable resolution, avoid this company at all costs

Next stop for me, small claims court building control complaints and also to the relevant electrical trade bodies, these people are not fit to work in peoples homes and leave them unsafe.

Shocking so far

Shocking so far! Unit installed was faulty - wouldn't work at all. Second unit seems fine but LEDs are so bright. I've tried multiple times to get through to technical support but reach a recorded voice that says the mailbox is full! Very poor customer service as I cannot seem to speak to anyone there.

What a appalling customer service

What a appalling customer service, since install I was complaining of high pitch noise that unit gives when in operation or idle, after dozen phone calls , emails , sending videos as requested no one ever came back to me this is going on from March/April 2020. After some time I had to change phone number, as they stopped answering from me. Lately after managing to get hold of them I was told they do not cover any warranty even if they install unit!!!! And I need to contact manufacturer direct! When I asked over the phone for phone number, abrupt man said you should be able to find it on your own!!!! Once installing I was not around they blew whole brick out of the wall as they do not have skills to drill holes properly and placed loads of silicone around (I will attach picture later) , this they rejected as a problem as well.

Install visit was re-scheduled numerous times and there always been a ready excuse why.

Please save yourself time , money effort and go with long lasting reputable businesses and not less than a year cowboys.

Horrible and upsetting now is end of the year and I am left with the problem.

The whole process was made easy

The whole process was made easy. We exchanged lots of emails with photos of my site which negated the need for a site survey. My install wasn't the simplest as I wanted the charger installed in my garage which was not attached to the house.
All very smooth and at a reasonable cost.
Very happy.
