Love my Eve Biology shakes! Have them every day, Monday to Friday and sometimes on weekends too. 😁

Like the formula, how it makes me feel etc. Would have given a higher rating ecept that the past two order of the chocolate taste weird - like somehow the strawberry has gotten into the mix as well. Also the cost is high - shipping especially so as I live a 10 mn walk from your address.

These shakes are amazing. They also help to minimise over eating over the Christmas period. After meals out I use Eve shakes to replace breakfast and lunch and this means I don’t continue to binge in between going out!

Undrinkable shakes. I had high hopes of these shakes as they do not contain artificial sweeteners .
However the Strawberry shake it totally undrinkable, does not even taste of strawberries and has an awful bitter aftertaste. The Vanilla shake is marginally better tasting when mixed with fruit but still has a bitter aftertaste.
How anyone enjoys drinking these shakes is beyond me!
Emailed Customer Support raising my issues 10 days ago and have not received a response!

This nutritional shake passes all of my expectations. It is easy to make, delicious, and has numerous vitamins and minerals so I do not need a countertop filled with supplements. It addresses my propensity for constipation and keeps me feeling satiated for hours.

Quality product. Superfast delivery.

I do not trust the reviews I read. Undrinkable to the point I wretched. Sale tactics to buy more flavours and multi buy prices meant my initial outlay was far larger than the one bag I wanted to try. Returns time is from when the order is placed and not when it arrives so by the time I tried this and realised how awful it tasted I was outside this timeframe. Also the marketing I read was all re benefits for menopause as that was what I was mainly looking for so beware targeted marketing written for what you have been searching - on arrival the product is clearly all about weight loss.

Eve shakes are exactly what I've been looking for; a healthy way to make sure I'm getting all the nutrients I need, whilst managing my weight and general wellbeing. I take them Monday to Friday, balance with a healthy rest of my diet and I'm not only losing weight, I'm not hungry whilst doing so and my mood is much brighter. So easy to do, effective and tasty. Personally, not a chocolate fan anyway, and I love the vanilla. Can't recommend highly enough; even if it's 'only' for the guarantee of getting the vitamins etc that I need, including folic acid which, at long last, has stopped me being anaemic and means no more iron tablets. Hooray!

My favourite flavour. These shakes are amazing. They have really helped me to reassess my need to eat naughty snacks. I feel so much healthier. I have lost weight. My concentration levels are dramatically improved and my moods more balanced. They have really helped me at work and in family life. I can't be without these shakes!

Just started with Eve Biology this week so too early to talk about health benefits etc. What I can say is, their customer service is AMAZING! I had a slight issue with my initial order and Angela went above and beyond to get it sorted out. I really couldn't have asked for better.
I have so far tried each of the three varieties and am enjoying them all - and no feeling hungry in between.
If you're sitting on the fence about trying Eve Biology, I would definitely say go for it!

My first rating on eve biology was only 1 star and that was because i had ordered the strawberry flavour and i didn't like it but now i have learned to mix the flavours and adding a small handful of fruit and ice they are delicious i am doing really well with my weight and my bmi has come down I'm delighted

Ordered a few times now - definitely recommend. I've slept better (stopped waking up for hours through the night), feel more positive/in control. I hadn't tried meal replacement / shakes before - the flavours are all great (on own or mixed). I've only used water and have lost about a stone. A sustainable and healthy way to stay on top of weight in late 40s. Thanks Eve!

The first time I’ve found a meal replacement shake that a) I like the taste of and b) makes me feel better - sleeping better, lost weight and less anxious. Would highly recommend

Love mixing my shake with water instead of milk and love the feeling full and less tired, with extra energy. I’m even having a better nights sleep too.

My thoughts are!
Taste is great I do not mix with water. I use coconut milk. I prefer the vanilla the chocolate has a weird taste. Hopefully it will help me lose weight I have not seen anything yet. It got here quickly.

Just feel so much better when taking it and safe in the knowledge I’m getting lots of good stuff I know I wouldn’t eat

Eve Biology shakes are truly transformative! The majority of my IBS symptoms have all but gone, and I've been a long term sufferer until now (20 years!). I have more energy than I've had in years, and lost weight without feeling hungry or bored! My anxiety has reduced hugely - my husband has really remarked on this. I really enjoyed the chocolate shake mixed with a shot of decaf coffee and blended with crushed ice - so very delicious!!! Overall I would say definitely give these a try - I love them and will keep using them for years to come!

I have been on Eve Biology for 4 weeks now, and I have lost 3kgs (6.5llbs). This has been great for me because due to the peri/menopause my weight had been steadily increasing despite dieting and exercise. My energy, mood and anxiety levels have improved, and overall, I feel much less bloated. I am satiated on the shakes, so no desire to snack and my cravings for salty snacks and sweet stuff has abated. I have just ordered another month's supply and am feeling very positive and in control of 'me' for the first time in ages.

This is an amazing product. It really is life-changing. I have gone from feeling exhausted, with major brain fog, insomnia and very low-energy levels, to feeling much like my younger self. It has taken me a while to start shifting any weight as I do get quite hungry. But I was really over-eating and it has helped me to manage my eating habits and appreciate food more. Also the plan has got me moving more, I'm much fitter now and more active daily. I feel healthier and slimmer. I'm re-energised and my confidence is way higher than it has been for years. I cannot recommend it enough.
