No Way To Contact Them
I wanted their surge protector bar yet it did not show the plug end of the item. I need one that is flat to the wall so it does not stick out. They have a Contact option on their website, but unless you have a serial number of an item that you have purchased from them, there’s no way to contact them. Not sure why I would buy it if I can’t even find out information about the product that is nowhere in their product information.

I bought Eve Thermo with Thermo Control because it was promoted in the Apple shop, so I thought this must be a good product. Well, it isn’t for me. The worst problem is that the one in my living room stopped working twice and I had to restart it. You don’t get any notifications when batteries are low. I had less problems with the products from Netatmo.

I bought eve water for my garden, the product have less than one year and stopped working properly - or it does not water or it waters non stop - it left on a whole night drowning my garden ! It did thousands of euros damage for not watering and flooding !
Customer service is non existent ! They took 2 weeks to answer my first request, then denied guarantee saying the seller should give it (?!), I cited the corresponding EU regulations and Spanish laws stating the manufacturer have joint responsibility, then they asked me to send it on my cost, to another country !, I cited the EU regulations clearly stating manufacturer is to be responsible for any costs, including shipping, for guarantee claims - AND THEY STOPPED ANSWERING ME !
The result is - low quality product that have 0 durability, no customer service, the outcome is clear - DO NOT BUY !!!

Terrible customer service
Terrible customer service. They promised to send out a new item in exchange for a faulty product which was under guarantee, but then didn't and kept stalling me for weeks on end. Don't trust them.
Be aware of Eve Window and Door…
I have bought Eve Window and Door sensors for my home. I should not have done that. The build quality is poor, quite flimsy and connecting the sensors to Apple Home a matter of trial and error and a lot of patience. I had them for three years and now, one by one the drop out of the tread, cannot be reset and are gone. Apple offered Eve as the only suppliers of Home-compatible sensors. They should not have done that. Eve equipment is overpriced and of low quality.
Don't Buy, not at seamless as they claim

Eve motorblind needed to be recharged every week otherwise when it ran out of batteries it would causing an error and need to be reset and reconnect.

Searched the net for a radiator thermostat i could control via an app on my iphone without also needing an additional hub or wall thermostat. There were several on Amazon but lacked a substantial adapter which were all plastic and wouldn't grip the radiator adjuster. This tbh was the case with Eve but i purchased a steel adapter from amazon and with a couple of 5p coins inside the eve thermostat to enable calibration it finally worked.
Setting up the schedule proved not to be a breeze as advertised but like most instructions...once you know how ....it does become a breeze!

Eve energy plug keeps turning of randomly so contacted customer services and this was the response.
"The tumble dryer could cause the thermal fuse to shut down the device. Tumble dryers, boilers, laundry machines and boilers can have consumption peaks when heating up. These peaks are very rarely listed in the technical details and if exceeding the capacity of Eve Energy, the device will turn off. We recommend not using them with Eve Energy"
So this information is NOT stated when purchasing and I am now left with a device that is not fit for purpose and out of pocket. So don't buy.

Avoid like the plague. Horrible customer service. I have several issues with my Eve Outdoor Cam. Customer “service” is only one man (Volker) and he simply refuses to fix problems. He seeks options to blame it on the hardware (item faulty, ask for a refund/swap by the seller) or blames it on “you’re doing it wrong”. Asking for escalation to a manager is refused. Asking to escalate to developer is answered with “did that, it’s not a bug” and none of the problems is actually solved. They are only interested in getting money out of the pockets of customers and then leaving them with bad products.
Even should be horrible ashamed of their customer “service” department. I have literally never seen so bad.
Will return the item as faulty to seller and will obtain a unit from Netatmo. Never EVER will I buy Eve again and Volker is reason number one. Solve your bloody problems, don’t ignore them.
Thermostats with 2 year lifespan
I ordered 5 units of the Eve Thermo 2020 model in November 2020 through a local reseller, to be used when I would move to my new house. Shortly after putting one of the units in production, it gave persistent calibration errors. And it was accompanied by a rattling sound when shaking the unit. No matter, returned under warranty and replaced by the reseller. All good. Skip forward a year, unit is 2 days past the 2 year warranty period. Same problem, different unit. Reseller refuses service, points to manufacturer. Manufacturer Eve points to reseller and refuses both repair and replacement, in other words, expensive thermostats have a 2 year lifetime.
If this is the quality and service provided, I think I’d rather invest in less expensive home automation equipment. At least then the service matches the price and quality.
EVE Energy Plugs EU malfunction
I have used two of the energy plugs in my heater and they don’t work anymore.
The heater is 1700W and the Plugs has the limit of 2500W.
No Android App... Really!!!!
Wow bought a - eve home water guard -

Contacted customer support and they said only for apple, really ....?!?!
Called the shop we bought the items from, he didn't believe me and went and got the item, searched and said "What a joke bring it back for a refund. Who would make a product without Android support as the most popular platform"
Now taking back.
Also the unit is massive and when we plugged it in, unable to use the second outlet. This fully uses a full power outlet.

This will not work with Google Home or any Android Device.

I ordered “stocking stuffers” on Dec 8, 2020, bit of a stretch for delivery, I know, but thought I’d take a chance. At this rate, it’s mid March, I might have them for December 2021. Still no sign of them and I have been getting the runaround from customer service since mid January. They want me to coordinate with the post office because they can see that the shipment my order is in has finally landed in Canada. I asked, what exactly I was supposed to coordinate with the post office? No answer to that. The tracking number that was sent to me has not changed status since Jan 8. They won’t give a refund until I send the items back. Hard to do when the items never arrive. It’s been a disappointing experience.

3 out of 5 of their plugs haven't lasted more than 2-3 years. I can see why others have rated them so badly.

I ordered a heated vest the first week of December but it did not arrive until January. This did not allow me to bring it for our long Christmas trip to my parents. I had no gift for my father. After receiving it the first week of January, I had to then send it to him costing more money in shipping. He didn’t try it on until February 1 only to find out that the adult large barely fit my mom who is tiny. I wrote their customer service who responded with no assistance whatsoever because it was “after their 30 day guarantee”. I tried many times to call their service line where they say they’ll “make it right” but they do not answer the phone. It goes directly to a recording that tells you to email customer service. Terrible service.
