As a result of the different companies that I have worked for over the years I managed to build up a number of pension funds. I decided that it was time to review my options and soon realised that this exercise was well beyond my abilities. I approached several companies and they all agreed that I had a very complex pension situation but none of them felt experienced in taking on the project. A family member suggested that I approach Evelyn (formally Tilney) and I was introduced to Lee at their Nottingham office. After several meetings Lee agreed to take on the project and produced a very comprehensive report clearly illustrating the different options and the pros and cons of each. This is a piece of work that I could not have undertaken myself and several other companies also declined. Lee has demonstrated an extensive knowledge base in his specialist field and I can totally recommend his services to anyone requiring Pension advice.

My wife and I have been taking advice from Craig for many years. He has always given good advise and looked after our investments which provide most of our income.
The face to face meeting once a year is useful and makes it more personal.

This company doesn't reply to emails or calls. All you get told is that your email has been sent to the relevant department but they will not put you through to the relevant department when you call. Issues that should have been resolved over a year ago despite email communications and conformation are still not resolved. If I don't do my job I get sacked this does not seem to be the case here.

Awful company that do not communicate, respond or acknowledge any issues. I have made several complaints only to be completely ignored. My issues relate to Investments. I have now had to turn to the Financial Ombudsman Service simply to try and get some basic answers. Do not trust or use this company for anything.

I have a commercial issue with a fx broker regarding an introducing broker contract.

On the terms and conditions it says the auditor has authority to settle the issue.

I found this auditing company on the official accounts on company house.

I contacted them by email with personal data communication.

They did not answered me but shared my email to the company they audit for their lawyer use against me.

I didn’t consent any communication of personal data regarding GDPR regulation.
