Scam, company is not in London, company changing names, impossible to contact, returned item to China, expenses not covered, not getting refund already 3 months. If you go on this website it will be different names every few days.

I received 2 items and 1 was out of stock. I ordered size 18 but they were too small!! I asked to send them back
But they made that too complicated
then offered me a refund of 10%

Scammers who use false advertising. Stating a garment is 100% cashmere when it is mixed 50/50. Then not responding to emails for full refund! AVOID!!!

Zero stars. Do not buy from this company! I bought 2 jumpers that were dishonestly advertised as cashmere. When they arrived they were 100% polyester, poorly made and not worth anything like the money I paid. When I complained they offered me a 10% refund which rose to 30% as I continued to complain. And was eventually given an address in China, told I had to cover shipping costs and no guarantee I would receive a refund when the return was processed. They lied on their website about being a UK company, and about their products. Do not use this company.

Evelyn and Flora popped up on Facebook. I checked website, looked ok, ordered a coat. It took 3 weeks to arrive - poor quality, no labels, definitely smaller than the size advertised. When I tried to return the item, I was directed to an email for maeandelise.com. Response appeared to be from 'not a real person'. I was offered 10% refund of £45 cost + I keep the item. I said 'no', asked for return address in UK - next response increased the refund to 15% which I again challenged. Final offer of 30% refund or I return the item to an address in China at my expense. It's obvious this company calculates the return cost, the cost of the item and then offers a % refund which leaves them a profit on what is a shoddy item of clothing which I cannot wear.
When I challenged the refund, the company communicating with me 'became' Anca Bucarist' , now 'Krakowski Krakow' = same back story as Evelyn and Flora, Mae and Elise, and probably many others. DO NOT ORDER. I would have awarded zero for this experience, if available.

Ordered jacket and took 18 days to arrive . Much too small so I tried to return but was not given address. I was offered 10% refund and told I could keep item. Next 15% and again I asked for full refund. Ordered this on 26th September and paid. Dealing with Romania.

Cheap material from China, no labels, horrible cut, definitely not cashmere. And now the website is gone, redirected to a Romanian website, with the same look and feel but different name. This is a scam! DO NOT ORDER

This merchant was previously trading as Mary-Jane.co.uk. This has now disappeared from Instagram to be replaced by ‘Evelynandflora’. A total scam so please avoid

This has all the hallmarks of a scam site. Note that it is registered in ‘the London republic’. If you order from this site you will get worthless tat delivered from China which will bear no resemblance to the product displayed. The back story is totally made up. There is no shop. Beware!

This is one of numerous sites set up in China, perporting to sell quallity goods. If you order, you will get worthless tat and will only be able to return it to China at your cost £20-30.
