I ordered a gorgeous emerald green headband for a wedding, however Royal Mail strikes were announced and I realised it wasn’t going to arrive in time. I emailed Evelyn and Rose and they got back to be almost instantly saying that they could post another one via another courier and all I would need to do was post the other headband back when it eventually arrived. The new headband arrived in plenty of time and I posted the other one back when it came. Such amazing service and beautiful handcrafted products!

Quite a poor quality in comparison to rest of the hairbands which I usually love. Not a good fit and I didn’t think this hairband was worth the money.
