Totally changed my life
Totally changed my life. My physical symptoms have definitely reduced but the biggest difference has been in my mood. I feel calmer and less irritable. My boyfriend has also noticed the difference - he likes the product also!

Best PMS bar - a friend’s recommendation
A friend recommended this to me and I absolutely loved it! From the packaging to the all natural ingredients, this bar has it covered! The dark chocolate brownie flavour is definitely my favourite as it was just delicious. It also definitely fulfilled its purpose as a PMS bar, and I will 100% recommend to everyone I know.

PMS Bars
I recently ordered a selection of the PMS bars and they are all so tasty - I honestly couldn’t pick a favourite!
They also came in a really nice and practical box, easy to store and grab as you go.
It’s refreshing to find a bar that tastes nice as well as being good for you at the same time!

These PMS bars are SO yum and perfect when I’m busy. They seriously make my PMDD symptoms feel way less intense. I feel more focused, my energy feels steady, and my moods are more balanced. Obsessed — they just make me feel good overall.

I’m really impressed with Evelyn.

The only thing that’s actually helped
I was sceptical at first because I’ve spent so much money on things that promised to help with my PMDD but for one reason or another, didn’t. Within two cycles using Evelyn I noticed a huge difference in my mood, when my pmdd would usually hit. I had less overwhelm and sadness, and I feel more in control of my emotions. It’s the first time I’ve felt hopeful in a long time. Thank you for making something that actually works.

One not to be missed
I’ve had years of unpredictable cycles, I found Evelyn and gave it a try. It genuinely feels different. My bloating and pain have reduced, I’ve slept better than I have in ages. I’m so glad I stuck with the routine, and I highly recommending it to anyone struggling with the same thing.
