HORRIBLE INSTITUTION

HORRIBLE INSTITUTION!

Here's why:

1) Held my direct deposit after SS sent it. I confirmed this bc they said it was pending and I get two checks. Each to different accounts. When I brought this up the 1st month they manually posted it for me. I know this because it showed up minutes after I got off the phone with them. I realize its not illegal to hold the deposit for 24 hours. However, the first month when I brought it up. They fixed it. The second month they treated me like an idiot and I quote "while we are responsible for receiving your deposit we do not have control of when you will have access to it" What?

2) They boast 1000 cash advances but won't recognize my social security deposit as a direct deposit.

3) They boast financial repair, boosting your credit score. When really they just pull the score and offer you a loan against your own money.

4) Customer service is scripted, very impersonal, repetitive, don't actually listen to your individual issue and are beyond sub-par.

That being said I'm switching everything over to my so-fi account and calling it a day.

Bottom line, its not worth the hassle. At all.

Completely unprofessional and lack…

Completely unprofessional and lack basic customer service skills. Someone applied for a loan in my name through their service and there was a refusal to provide any assistance other than referring me to the Online Leanders Alliance.

Called twice to seek assistance with figuring out who may have committed identity theft. Both times I was told someone would call me back and they refused to provide a contact number to their company for follow-up or to let me speak with a supervisor.

After talking over me excessively, finally, Patrick (supervisor), joined the call and began the same approach...no empathy, lied about providing a callback for assistance, and completely unprofessional in dealing with an identity theft situation. Horrible business practice!!

This is a quick summary, but someone of authority should listen to my calls and adjust policy to allow victims to be handled with more respect and care. They have some responsibility (and maybe even culpability).
