Ordered and was delivered the day after -
I was let down with 2 weeks notice for my daughters party regarding a Barbie box I had done a lot of searching online to hire/ buy and was getting no results then come accross these guys by complete accident/ well I am so happy I did as the box these guys made for me exceeded my expectations and it turns out it’s better than what I had originally booked. The quality is amazing - it will not just be used for a prop we will be keeping this forever !

Absolutely brilliant company. They will exceed your expectations. I have ordered several 4ft light up numbers which are fantastic. The deadline has always been met.

I contacted events props as I needed a prop urgently for a customer like next day, they were so quick at returning my emails and we got it all sorted cannot thank them enough for all their help with this and i will definitely be using this company again!! Brilliant

**UPDATE REVIEW - PLEASE READ EVERYTHING**

The cheek that you could DARE say I didn't read the description properly when I sent you a full screenshot of your product page and I quote "Production and Delivery From the date of order, your personalised selfie frame will take approximately 5-7 working days".
It does not state ANYWHERE that the item is UNAVAILABLE for 3-4 weeks. I emailed you and showed you a screenshot of your own page, are you now arguing with your own site? and even now you do not have the sense or decency to update your page therefore STILL MISLEADING more innocent customers to order on your site.

I own a business myself so believe you cannot manipulate or threaten me, your email responses are of an unprofessional level and it's only because I have challenged you as a customer on Trustpilot is why you are now replying 4 whole weeks later!

STOP wasting time panicking about me calling your name out about your own business, are you not proud of your business, why wouldn’t you want your own name to be mentioned it's yours no,?? I'm sure if I named you guys for being amazing there wouldn’t be an issue.

For whoever is reading this I was threatened with legal actions if I didn't remove my review because I mentioned the owners by name, so basically to my understanding they don’t want anyone to know who they are, even though anyone can get this information on the world wide web which is what I did, I have EVERY right to get my money back from a so-called company that has violated its own policy, rules and UK Law which you guys want to claim you know all of a sudden with threatening emails which believe you me I'm NOT moved by.

So, just put your big boy pants on and refund my money, then as I said in my response to your ridiculous email I will remove your names. TREAT PEOPLE HOW YOU WISH TO BE TREATED. SIMPLY.

Your company is a joke and you need to refund my money asap, I ordered a barbie box for my daughter's birthday party on the 18th of April 2022 till now NOTHING! I have tried to contact you via email, phone calls, Social.
All you do is send emails stating you are away.
LISTEN PEOPLE/CUSTOMERS you will NEVER get your item if you order from them.

i ordered from events props for my small business and their products massively improved my business. the quality is high, delivery was fast and communication was great.

this is a fake company do not but , phone numbers dont work they dont respond to any emails , i made a payment of £120 and no update on my item since 13th July and no on is responding even thou i have been emailing everyday and the phone line looks fake, they are fraudulent from what i can see please dont let them take your hard earned money they are not a real company from what i can see abasutly no response what so ever just looks like they take money from you and do nothing else

Don't recommend buying from this company as if u don't like the item when u recieve it. U have to pay to return it as well as they will take 20% of what u paid as admim fees.
