I ordered three dresses for my holiday back in March last year. Didn’t fit me so I returned the items back to China. Still refusing to give me my refund now as the clothes has been returned back to my address and saying that it wasn’t collected. It’s the worst customer service I have ever had the biggest scam. And now they are dodging my emails the worst site I have ever bought off off.

Scam and warning please do not purchase anything from this website.

*You can never return the items … the address of return is fraudulent and it will cost you arm and a leg

I ordered a dress with a sweater jacket set. It arrived a month after I ordered it. I was shocked to see what they sent me. HORRIBLE. The outfit was cut out and sent to me with no stitching. Just cut fabric, sewn together only to form the shape. The material itself was worse than the material you buy to make dog blankets at Walmart. Do not recommend!!!

Do not buy from this company the quality of the clothing is absolutely shocking the only thing it’s fit for is the bin. I honestly cannot think of one good thing to say the item on the website was beautiful the item I received was cheap quality horrifically sewn together and make it almost impossible to return

I never write a negative review unless I’m really frustrated. This is a total joke of a company. I never received the outfit. I emailed them twice and they insist it came. As a senior I am home all the time and I know it never came and feel ripped off and taken advantage of. I wish Tik Tok and other companies would ban them. I lost my money (for now) but will put in a formal claim against them. NEVER got the items. Please be aware and not trusting like I was. You think it happens rarely or to others but it happened to me. Do NOT buy from them. I also have a local mail box for our street which is locked and secured which I check daily and it is empty and not tampered with and I get deliveries all the time from Amazon etc and other companies with no issue. DO NOT GET LURED BY THE ADS.

Do not purchase from this company took my money and never received my items.Customer service non existent and wanted me to send more money to re send order at 50% discount and then sent me threats!

I wish I'd read these reviews before purchasing. Item arrived a different colour to what it was advertised as. Ordered an XL which is the equivalent of a UK size 10. Actual sizing compared to sizing shown online was nearly 20cm difference. They told me to gift the item and they'd refund me 30%. The absolute cheek of it.
I fort them for 4 weeks and eventually got a full refund including the shipping fee after I said I'd report them to my bank for fraud.

The biggest scam …. Please don’t waste your money

I should have checked the rating before ordering from their website! Its a Scam! These guys are from China. I ordered a 2peice outfit from them. I an size 18 in US so according to their chart, I ordered 2XL which is 16 - 20 in the chart. The outfit ws small and quality bad! I wanted go return the item. I contacted the CS and they responded after 2days. Horrible customer service! They negotiated with the refund. I even took pictures and sent them saying it is not US 18 size. Requested them to send me a return label and complete refund. They said 55% refund which according to them is 20$ but I paid $42 for the product. Horrible!

My clothes where a size to small i wanted to return them and i have to pay $80 to have a size bigger..
This is one shitshow or a company!
Never buy something from it!

I am horrified how those horrible people are allowed to stills and lied to all of us they should not exist to any of social media or have a fake website 🤔
Everything about them is fake I spend over £70 pounds and I have to throw them away because I feel so embarrassed to show to anyone and sad part I can’t have my money back. I hope god is going to punish them in the worst possible way 🙏

This website steals photo from a clothing store in Columbia called Scarsa. The videos of the girl modeling the item from their store but when you purchase item it is a knock off poor quality. Learned my lesson.

Material is thin and see thru. Tried to return and they only wanted to return $7. I paid over $70. We kept going back and forth via email and ended up accepting $40 back. Don’t buy!

Sizing is way off and the quality is terrible. Don't waste your time!!

Bought 4 items from Everbele and all 4 items were not true to size the quality of the clothes is so cheap. Bought my daughter a size small in a dress and when she zipped up the dress the zipper broke. DO NOT buy from this place. If there was less then a star believe me I would have rated -0.

I ordered a few outfits from Everbele and it took forever for it to arrive! When the outfits did arrive, I was horribly disappointed that the material was nothing like what was on the site. One of the jumpsuits had appeared to be of high quality. When it arrived it was see-through. The sizing did not match the sizing guide in the least. Pretty much a size XXL=US S/M. I contacted customer service and it is impossible to get a refund unless you want to pay out more money. I essentially took the L and lesson learned.

This place is the worst.
I have purchased something to wear for my graduation and when i git it i was very disappointing.
Item look nothing to what the put on the webside, poorly made, cheap, very cheap quality and it was damaged with a big whole.
I contactad customer service and they start offering you a % they won't give you a full refund.. and they tell you that if you want a full refund you need to send the item back to China on your own expense and after they received the item you will get a full refund. THIS IS THE WORST PLACE I HAVE PURCHASED FROM... SCAM SCAM
