I wish I had read all the negative feedback about the lashes beforehand. I wanted classic lashes (I had them done 5 years ago, so I know there’s a proper process to protect your eyes, prevent glue from getting into your eyes, and avoid your natural lashes sticking together). However, there was no process at all this time.

The technician (who was very nice and polite) started applying glue directly to my eyelids without separating my lower lashes. As a result, they inevitably got glued together. She then scratched and scratched at them—it was so painful! When I expressed my discomfort, she said I was “too sensitive.” My eyes were watering uncontrollably.

By the end, I could barely open my left eye because glue had gotten into it, causing severe pain. And the result? The lashes looked super fake, not at all like classic lashes.

Do not go here for lashes!

I walked past this salon today on my way out from TK Maxx and got harassed by (presumably) the owner who told me I should never walk while looking at my phone. I asked what the issue was I and he called me a series of awful names simply because he had to walk around me. He yelled at me for around 5 minutes when I asked why he was making such a scene. His remarks included “we live in a democracy I can say what I want to you.” Genuinely the most awful man I have come across in my entire life and I hope if you’re considering using this salon, you choose to take your business to someone who may appreciate and deserve it more.

WOW! Questioned them via chat regards an advert for adjustable d/bells as a couple of details didn't add up. Responses were short, sharp, rude and incorrect. I asked is this how you respond by being sarcastic. Response was "Great" "I don't want to sale you"
"I know you would give a problem after the order rather not to by is best" Needless to say, poor grammar, spelling and rudeness they are going to gain lots of custom. Avoid at all costs! Can't even manage basic customer service!

Very rude staff, after trying to get answers from them and they been very rude, I decided to not buy the product.
