I was very happy with Everest chemist, I went for a RSV but he couldn't give me one because I am under 75 , I got an email to say that I could have it, but the guide lines say i have to be 75

I recently had the pleasure of using pharmacy first service for my husband who was suffering from sinusitis. Rather than going through our doctors we went direct to the pharmacy where we were seen by the pharmacist Maria. She was very helpful & friendly and sorted my husband with antibiotics straight away.
We will definitely be using Everest pharmacy again & will be recommending them to friends & family

Went to pick my prescription up that…
Went to pick my prescription up that they had for 5 working days and was told that it was not ready , pathetic when medicine was due and they were closed for the weekend . They do not have any stock of medicine and they don’t have a permanent Pharmacist . They obviously buy the medication at the cheapest price and at the last minute .

Very professional, kind caring staff
I took my daughter to Everest pharmacy on Manchester road as she was complaining of ear ache, after a referral was made by her GP. The very kind pharmacist ridha offered us the pharmacy first service, he took us in to the consultation room, asked some questions about my daughter and asked her if he was ok to check her ears. After checking her ears he gave the appropriate advice and treatment in a very professional manner. I would definitely go back to this pharmacy

Charged twice for same prescription
The appointment with the pharmacist was fine, but I was charged twice for the same prescription. When I checked my bank statement, I noticed this. I tried phoning but was kept on hold in a queue for an hour and a half with no reply. I sent an email over a week ago but received no reply.
After finally speaking to the pharmacy where the mistake occurred, I received a sincere apology. The pharmacist agreed that if I showed a screenshot of my bank statement showing the overpayment, he would refund me. The refund was made successfully.

I changed my pharmacy about 6 months ago and really was the best thing I had done. The staff so polite and helpful. I have just been and had my ears syringed I was made to feel at ease and the pharmacist was very professional and giving me advice all the time.

Disappointing service
I was reffered by the GP for my ear infection, I called the pharmacy and explained my issue, I've been booked to come later on that day to see a pharmacist, just to be told they cannot help me as they can only treat children. Surely if the GP practice made a mistake, someone should have told me about it over the phone at the pharmacy....not book me in and ask me to come just to be turned away. Waste of time for both of us.
