EVEREVE - a contemporary fashion and styling company for women
France S Ave 6800, 55435, Edina, United States
Very rude customer service and unfortunately supervisors were even ruder. I will never shop there again.
I placed an order for two items on February 3rd. One item was received in the 8th and the other still hasn't shipped and has no status at all. I contacted service 5 days ago and still haven't received a response. I guess they think they can just take money and not send your merchandise. I will be filling a complaint with the FTC if I don't hear anything by noon tomorrow. Now I have another order where it looks as tho the same thing is happening. I d shop elsewhere. I don't trust them at all anymore. Something shady is happening.
I went to Evereve to try and return a pair of pants and t-Shirt ($180 total). I missed the return window by 1 day and they refused to return it or give me a credit. I have the receipt, all items are unworn and still have tags attached. I will never shop there again!!!
I have used the box service where they ship clothing for you to try on. I have found good choices over the past few years and enjoyed it. This year my return is late and they charged my credit card for the entire box. When I contacted customer support they stated they would refund my money THIS time as a courtesy but in the future would only give a gift card . Stay mindful of the return policies when using the Evereve boxes . Unfortunately I’m going to have to cancel. I can’t have people playing with my money in this economy .
Their rewards are a scam.
They only send them in the mail, so either mine never got sent, or it got lost. They wouldn't honor whatever value I earned and I have spent over $2500 in the last 6 months. It is ridiculous that they see my purchases but will not honor the rewards I earned. Clearly mailing it is a tactic to hope customers don't get /see it and they don't have to discount anything.
I shopped in the store once and have since ordered a few times online. Most recently I purchased some jeans (in addition to a few other items) and didn't realize the jeans were "final sale" and un-returnable. They were not as pictured and didn't work for me. When I went online to return them that's when I realized they could not be returned. I contacted them to see if I could have a one-time exception even for a store credit and they said flatly said no. I asked if they would reconsider because this would impact my ever spending money there again. There are plenty of places to shop that are way more accommodating. I shot an email to all of my girlfriends (all who are absolutely the target audience for this brand) to tell them not to shop there. Also, I asked to be moved from their catalog list and they keep sending to me, which is extremely annoying.
Immediately after placing an order, I realized I needed to cancel it. There was no option to cancel on their website so I immediately emailed their customer service. Customer service immediately emailed me back and said they could not cancel it This is terrible customer service considering my order probably hadn’t even processed yet. I will not order from them again nor would I recommend them to anyone else.
This review is for Evereve’s Trendsend box subscription. I’ve tried it twice now and both times were awful. I did the “on demand” box instead of a subscription. They have you fill out a profile asking questions about clothing preferences and such. They also ask you what you’d like to see in your next box. The first box I got had stuff in it that I had said I didn’t like. There was one pair of jeans that I liked and kept but everything else went back. I decided to give them another chance and ordered another box. I was very specific about which colors to avoid and which colors I’d like to see. I also said do not send jewelry because I don’t wear it. My box came today and has grey pants, a dark colored shirt with grey in it, a necklace and couple of other things I don’t like. None of the items had any color to them. Everything is going back and I’m not wasting my time on their boxes anymore. The stylist just did what she felt like doing without regard to what i asked for.
Ordered $1200 worth of clothing from here and they sent it to my house, not requiring signature. My package was stolen and they could care less. Any other company would have immediately replaced the package. Worst customer service. Im now out $1200 and clothing.
