The staff at Everflow are responsive and quickly resolve any issue. The platform wasn't my favorite compared to others but it has greatly improved over time.

AVOID AT ALL COSTS!

We were told by our media buyer that he thought we could integrate data from VTURB with another tracking software.

We had a detailed call with an account rep who had to bring in another account rep to confirm what we were asking for could be done.

They said they weren't sure even though it is listed as a native integration within the Everflow platform.

It turns out the functionality doesn't work and therefore we didn't need Everflow.

We specifically discussed on our sales call with them that if the integration doesn't work we have no need to use the software and would need a refund. They agreed.

Once we found out that the software doesn't actually work, their account management team held our money hostage and is going to every conceivable length to try to steal $6,000 from us.

This is a prime example of how not to run a company.

It was a dishonest sales call. It was dishonest to list an integration that doesn't work at all. And it's dishonest to try to hold our money hostage and threaten to continue billing us while trying to make us work with them to get the integration working.

Highly recommend Everflow …

Steve was excellent 👏 explained all very concisely & provided a clear understanding of the process of a new application.

Bad Experience

I would stay away from Everflow

So I signed on with Everflow a few month ago. XXX was our sales rep and she was really nice and professional. Unfortunately, we just needed tracking for clicks for a network we run and Everflow can't do what we need it to without several lines of code etc.

It was just too much. So after paying the $500 setup fee and realizing the system would not work for what we needed it to, we asked that we not be charged any further and that we be let out of the contract.

XXX responded that she totally understood and that she would take care of it and get back to us. A month later I get a bill for $850. To which I reply explaining the issue again and obviously thinking this was a mischarge of some type.

XXX responded today (a month later) by saying

"Hope you're well. Apologies for the delay regarding your cancellation request. Your circumstances have been discussed with our executives, and it has been confirmed that the 6-month contract period needs to be upheld. Our 6-month term is a standard for all clients, and unfortunately we can't make any exceptions."

So, Everflow sold me something that we can not get to work as "easy and simple" as we were lead to believe and now won't refund the money, even though we never used it.

After I brought this to their attention (immediately) they did not respond for a month and, instead of dealing with the issue, just sent me a bill and charge my card

They only responded because I sent an email complaining about being charge $850 for a service I have never used and can not use.

I would say DO NOT use this company. Their customer service is...well you can see for yourself.

We offer a 30-day free trial for prospective customers that aren't sure that the platform will work for them, with the goal if helping them make an informed decision before committing to our 6-month minimum contract.

We require 6 months as we commit a lot of customer success resources towards helping make every customer as successful as possible with our platform. This includes onboarding calls, training, and ongoing live-chat support all with the effort of providing the best experience possible for the platform to get our customers launched and supported.

It sounds like in this case our platform wasn't the right fit, and we hope you find a solution that meets the needs of your company.

Whether you have to set up a complex campaign or pull an extensive report, Everflow platform is there to help you out with all the trackers you need.
Did I mention that their macros help a lot with integrating? We just love it.

Best Tracker in the Affiliate Space...hands down

Everflow has been top-notch for us on all levels. Responsive chat, seemingly at all hours of the day, intuitive platform features, and a ton of customization options. Anytime I speak to someone using a competitor's platform, you can be assured I'm going to try and sell the on Everflow. It's just better.

Everflow - UX Heaven

Everflow has more features than you'll probably ever use, and that's a good thing. Their web application is built with the user in mind. From automating reporting to streamlining how offers are set up, it's clear that Everflow was made by people who are experienced in this industry. If you're tired of struggling through the UI/UX of more dated affiliate networking platforms, you should just make the switch as soon as possible. This platform literally saves you time, and we all know time is money.

Happy Customer

Everflow had really helped us grow our affiliate marketing business over the last 3 years. We have had very little hiccups/issues, and when we do they're very quick to help us resolve. The support team is great as well and prompt to answer chats.

I said it before and I'll say it again

I said it before and I'll say it again. Best platform in the industry.

Not only that everything is simple and easy to figure out real quick, the best thing about EF is their customer support.

Being stuck with something, be it a tracking/reporting issue or simply a functionality you're struggling to understand, their chat support within the platform is always there for you to help and fast too.

I find that the info and data that is…

I find that the info and data that is shared is very helpful and informative. When pulling up old records and looking for affiliates or offers it works efficiently and timely. I area that would better help me would be syncing alerts to messaging platforms/gmail for certain notifications regarding cap filament and offers pausing
