If i have any problems with placing an order of my repeat medications it is dealt with immediate. Been using them for about 3 years now.

Easy repeat prescription orders
I find it much easier to order my repeat medication through the app as I can’t always ring the surgery during working hours and I finish work after the surgery has closed

Good but could be better.
Although the app is great for making an order for my repeat prescription, it’s very frustrating not to be able to use the app to ask for another item. It will not allow you to use your iPad to fill in the area necessary to order.
