Great at first, but completely unresponsive when problems arise.
I had my doors installed 5 years ago and was given a 10-year guarantee on the PVC elements. Earlier this year (February), I noticed cracks and got in touch with Michael to request a review. It took several weeks for him to come out. He suggested someone may have tried to force the door, which doesn’t make sense, I live in a quiet, safe area with no signs of tampering, and my neighbours would have alerted me to anything unusual.
He said he’d contact the manufacturer and get back to me. Since then, I’ve followed up multiple times by phone, text, voicemail, and email, with no real response. On the rare occasion I did reach him, he always said he was “just about to contact the manufacturer” but never followed through. It’s now been over 5 months with no resolution.
Michael was friendly and helpful during the sales and installation process, but if anything goes wrong afterward, it seems you’re on your own. Very disappointed with the lack of accountability and aftercare.
