My experience with Everlasting wasn't just unprofessional. It was emotionally unsettling and given the nature of the treatments, deeply concerning.

I approached this company due to documented allergies and the very personal nature of the work (PMU for lips, traumatic scars, stretch marks). I had a patch test, confirmed appointments, and checked that I had booked correctly. I was careful, polite, and transparent throughout.

Looking back, procedures e.g. a stretch mark treatment called ScarINK, were explained using a robotic marketing-style language rather than clear clinical explanation. Unsurprising given that the founder is publicly described online as "an internationally recognised brand strategist and business growth expert.” As such, the emphasis felt more aligned with branding than with straightforward, evidence-based discussion of risk/mechanism.

When I attempted to clarify my understanding by summarising it more plainly (for example, asking whether the treatment was just microneedling), the tone of communication noticeably shifted. From that point on, it felt as though asking informed questions was unwelcome.

After being reassured that my booking was correct, I asked a reasonable question about flexibility given their tattooist only works on Mondays. I wanted to know if there were any other artists when the first wasn't available who could treat me either in house or elsewhere using their inks.

In response, all my appointments were abruptly cancelled without warning, and I was summarily dismissed in a fashion that was jaw-droppingly bizarre. There was no attempt at discussion, clarification, or de-escalation. The decision was made unilaterally.

What made this particularly distressing was the lack of trauma-informed care. The artist also laughed when I expressed concern about allergies and suggested that worrying would essentially 'manifest' a bad outcome — which felt dismissive of legitimate allergies. Being told they had suddenly decided not to help, was also jarring in the context of my traumatic scars, which is personal information they were privy to.

I have now looked more closely at Sylwia, the practitioner I was booked with. She appears to have a relatively limited visible PMU portfolio, unanswered criticisms under her instagram posts, and practices that differ from common industry standards (e.g. telling me that lip blush can't be performed after neutralisation, which many established PMU artists do including in patients with complex lips and higher Fitzpatrick grades). This raises questions about her experience.

She also mentioned that she works at Everlasting because of her friendship with the owner and I understand they are friends from Eastern Europe. While I can't speak on internal processes, this made me reflect on whether independent assessment and accountability were in place.

Overall, the impression I am left with is of a company driven more by branding and growth than by careful, humane, client-centred practice. As they are working on people’s bodies — particularly scars, intimate areas, and clients with allergies or trauma histories — this approach feels and IS unsafe. It's also cruel.

I would strongly caution anyone with medical sensitivities, who needs trauma-aware communication, who asks informed questions, or who wants any kind of expertise, to think very carefully before engaging with Everlasting.

What I experienced wasn’t “just business.” Sudden withdrawal of care, dismissal of allergy concerns, and silencing informed questions around body-based treatment is destabilising.

As the only brand that advertises being free of the ingredients I am allergic to, I am left high and dry with old wounds and old scars just when their sales pitch had convinced me otherwise.

Finally, I've been left with a mark from their patch test which is useless as I’ll have to find another manufacturer. I consider this bodily harm and a daily reminder of their abuse. I am looking into legal options.

Amazing girls, such great teachers and so welcoming and friendly, loved the whole experience of learning with them will definitely come back for my qualifications and for some treatments. Highly recommend

I completed an eyebrow PMU course with Kelly last week, and I cannot wait for the next one in April. The course materials and the teacher were both informative, and I truly enjoyed the course. Kelly was an amazing teacher. The highlight of the course for me was Kelly’s great vibe and positive energy, and of course, her knowledge and experience.

I had the chance to be a male model for Brow Lamination and Lash Lifting, which is not very popular for men, but I had a great experience and the technician Kyra👩‍🔧 was soo professional that I did not feel uncomfortable at all, the way she went with the procedure and the finish touches were perfect. Absolutely over the moon with my brows and lvl lashes! My lashes look amazing So long as if I’m wearing mascara. The ladies at everlasting lashes are all super friendly and do a fab job . I would highly recommend

I had an amazing experience with everlasting brows, my eyebrow lamination were completely natural with the right shape for my face, it made my features more defined. The lash lift brighten my eyes to more wispy look, I won’t be needed a lash curler/mascara for weeks
