We are really really sorry for your bad experience.
As we explained to you in the email before, since everything EverLighten makes is Customized, our process is that our customer sends us a request first. Our customer service representative will then reach out to customer (usually within 1 hour) to regarding to the design, pricing and all the other details. After everything is confirmed, customer can place the order and we will proceed with sample and production. But instead, you placed the order directly without letting us know at all! That's why the delay happens.
But still we are very very sorry about this. We have changed our process to prevent such delay in the future. One of our customer service representatives Chris is now monitoring orders which come in without letting us know first.

Fantastic service
Fantastic service and really engaged. The level of work quality for our custom troop patches was amazing. The team was excited to help us out and even threw in a few added products. Will be looking to do business with the Everlighten folks again.

Great customer service and design crew
Great customer service and design crew! They helped me with my design until I absolutely loved it! Shipping was free and fast. The production was also fast. They definitely care about their work and do amazing! Highly recommend. Will continue using them for my sock company (have bought 200 pairs and counting :)).

Great Challenge Coins!
Kenny was super responsive and our Challenge Coin giveaway was beautiful...AND it was a rush job that no other vendors would accept. The only issue was with UPS and that was no fault of theirs....COVID times!!

It was a nice try.
The leather patch is cool. The logo is off-center. Also, it is almost impossible to use for the purpose it was purchased for (despite complete disclosure of the intended purpose). And, it was very expense. The customer service was friendly--but did not help us successfully deploy their product.
