Nothing to say clothing not made in uk. Dress advertised as reduced from £70.00 to £30.00. Cheap shoddy material and poorly made. Not worth more than £5.00. Return procedure complicated with no guarantee of getting money back. Do not buy from this company.

Awful quality products, not worth a fraction of the money I paid for them! Company not responding to my requests for a return, so I am out of pocket and stuck with two dresses that are only good enough for the bin.

Do not buy from this company ...scam scam scam ... ordered what i thought looked like really good boots ... I was so wrong. Said they were closing down. Boots totally diff to the pictures on the website and the sizes are incorrect .

I saw and advert for a closing down sale in Melbourne and that they were relocating to Perth on FB. I purchased a few items and the quality was so poor and not like the photos that I asked for an immediate refund. That where it all went down hill. First they offered me a 10 % credit and I said no that I would never wear the items. They then offered a 20% refund to avoid shipping costs to China! I said what do you mean China, the items came from Australia. Then they offered me a 30% which I said no that I wanted a full refund, they then gave me the address I then posted over 3 months ago and now as it is more than 2 months you can no longer see the Australia Posts tracking number. I would never even buy or touch this dodgy Chinese company. They are fake lying about being based in Melbourne when clearly they are not. Their address is 5F, Building 4, Phase 2, Niannianghongjia Cluster, Choujiang Street, Yiwu City, Zhejiang Province which if you Google is a company called Dreamardi. Their website says Welcome to Everly Melbourne! Based in Australia, we bring you the latest in men’s and women’s fashion, blending modern style with everyday comfort.
I have emailed them several times and they will not refund me even though they said that they would.

Thought I was buying quality from a Melbourne store but got cheap SHEIN like product which did not fit. Could have bought from a Chinese online store for a quarter of the price. Don’t shop here!

I purchased leather orthotic shoes from this company. What I received was plastic knockoffs that weren’t even the right size. After weeks of continuous emails they have agreed to give me 30% refund if I return shoes at my own cost to their warehouse in Asia. Don’t be scammed like I was. Store has been reported to Scamwatch

Do not buy from EVERLY MELBOURNE they are in China ONLY. They claimed the items come from a Melbourne store. There is no such store. They’ve also claimed they were closing the Melbourne store and opening a store in Perth. There is no such store in Perth. I repeat do not purchase items from this company they are in China. I unfortunately made a mistake and the items arrived in very poor quality, stitching already coming apart, horrible material and not as they described in the pictures nor descriptions, furthermore they are rude. They will not refund the items they claim. they will give me 20% back of the sale but refuse to make a payment. They say I must pay for customs and return of items to China myself. The they refuse to give me an address in China. Do not buy from them.

Do not purchase. The items are nothing like the pictures. They are cheap and not the material advertised.

I purchased a pair of genuine leather, hand-woven sandals on sale for $80 and received a pair of plastic, manufactured sandals worth about $5.
They are simply scammers. nothing more.

They say it’s a 30 day return and then they ask you a million questions why your returning the item and to top it off they only offer you a 10% refund

I ordered a pair of sandals that took weeks to arrive. Wrong size too narrow and badly made in China. 🇨🇳
Asked for a return. No but would refund 10% so I asked for 50%. They cost me $68 NZ. They came back with 20% so I agreed. Be in my bank 3 to 5 days. This has not happened! No return, no refund, crap sandals!
Girlfriend saw them on Temu for under $20.

What a scam! Dreadful quality items from China with no labels/branding and incorrect sizing. No real returns policy. Please please do not buy from this terrible seller.

I waited 3 weeks for delivery and received a horrible dress that I paid $75 for the photo online was a beautiful dress this was Chinese rubbish polyester and unwearable !! Shame on them. I’m so angry its such a bad dress I can’t even donate it to charity! It’s a scam fake site. Be warned!

I’m another idiot scammed by this questionable store.
Should have read the reviews. I haven’t received my item yet but wait in anticipation to the quality of garment if it arrives at all. Definitely will not order from facebook ads ever again.

I was also scammed by the FB ads saying they are moving to Perth. Their items online look beautiful, there is nothing to warn of the appalling pieces of rubbish you will receive though and note their comments are switched. Spent over $450 2 weeks ago and today I received 1 item of the 9 ordered, a pair of the nastiest, cheapest made sandals ever. Cost $50 "on sale" and honestly look like they have been made for $1 with sharp edged torture soles included. The poor quality is absolutely shocking. I have purchased better quality shoes from street stalls in Asia. The shoes are totally unwearable. I will be seeking credit card chargeback from my bank.

I wish I had read these reviews before I wasted my money. All clothing items are made out of cheap cheap polyester, horrendous styles, stitching and sizes. I am embarrassed to even donate these items. They are all going in the trash, they provided me with a return address in China but I am not going to waste more money especially after I read some of the reviews. Shut them down!!

Scam! If I could give zero stars, I would! They claim to be a Melbourne retailer who is closing down and moving to Perth. What they are is a warehouse in China selling cheap junk with no means to return it. They freely admit that they are a warehouse in china with no Australia stores when you contact them to request a refund.
I was offered an exchange (they would send me a different colour or size) or a 10% refund. In either case I don’t need to return the items. Avoid at all costs!

The quality is about as poor as you can get. The cheapest fabric and incredibly terrible stitching. I took my loss and threw two dresses straight in the bin. Not even good enough to pass on to a thrift shop.
