Complete rip off. They present as a local manufacturer and are actually a China knock off. Shoes are effectively non returnable and at customers expense - to an address in Hangzhou City, Zhejiang Province
China. The shoes were really small for the size, and made from flimsy PU leather (i.e. synthetic). One zip was broken. I should have read the reviews first, I looked for Everly Sydney -and missed the Everly Melbourne. If I had I would not have the mistake. I hope this saves someone else
