Do not purchase any items from this company. They are operating a fraud, and scam. They advertise on Tic Toc selling products. They will except your money and then not send any items. They will start by stating the item has been delivered. Then when you say you have CCTV and no delivery took place they will say it was a mistake with the delivery and will send it again. The item still will not appear and if you chase it up, they will just try stalling tactics to placate you. If you then ask for a refund, they will start my saying they will give you 50% back or they can send the item again. On refusal of this further contact is non existent. No money to date has been given back to me, but I will keep pushing and further post if I do get any further.
If I could give no stars I would.
The other negative review was not posted before my mistake of purchasing the item.

This company advertised products on TikTok, one of which I purchased in May 2025.

When it didn't arrive by the middle of June I contacted the seller (who the email indicated was in China, not the USA as stated) and was told that the item had been delivered.

After being told to check around my hiding places around the house and with neighbours, all of which were a waste of time as neither my Ring doorbell or CCTV system covering the whole house, ever showed a sign of delivery.

Following a lengthy back and forth email discussion with the seller I was constantly told it HAD been delivered and I was in the wrong. It was only when I threatened to contact PayPal and report it as fraud that they told me the courier had in fact lost it, and that they would sent a replacement product out together with a free gift for my inconvenience.
No problem I thought and accepted.

Weeks later after still not receiving anything I again got in touch and was told to be patient as the item had been sent.

I waited until August 2025 and after still receiving nothing but excuses I contacted PayPal and reported it as fraud and thankfully PayPal refunded the money.

The next contact I had was from Evermere.com saying the money had been returned and the interaction was complete.

This company, if you can call them that, are clearly scammers accepting peoples money and lying about products being sent. I would not buy anything from them again as they are clearly not legitimate, or they would have ensured I received my product.
