Rogue Trader

This company is well dodgy and they appear to have used a number of trading names connected to the same company namely Ever Shop Ltd. According to the Everneb website everneb.com which we now appear to be blocked from, this is a trading name used by Ever Shop Ltd Company Number 16061872 registered to an address in Wolverhampton. However the payment was processed by a separate company called Whispa Ltd 16812355 based in Manchester.
Everneb use a transport company called Kraok Logistics supposedly based in the Netherlands and we have access to their delivery tracking system which we can still access by clicking on the link and entering the Tracker Number.
We still haven’t received our vacuum cleaner delivery which was ordered on 14th February.
It is all very strange because Everneb replied to our first two emails very quickly when we queried the delivery delay and even offered to refund us, but after that everything has gone quiet. We’ve written to their issues (dedicated complaints team) email address too and completed the online contact form via their website. We have also emailed Kraok Logistics directly but still no reply.
We believe they have now blocked our email address to prevent any further contact and there is no phone number available which is odd. We have also received two email bounce backs which are our further attempts to resolve the situation by requesting a refund. We can no longer access the Everneb online account that was set for us to monitor our order either, or the main Everneb website. We can however still view the Kraok Logistics tracking system.
According to Everneb and as quoted on their website too, Kraok Logistics were supposed to hand over our delivery to a local courier, namely Royal Mail or DPD, once it arrived in the UK and they would then contact us separately to confirm the delivery arrangements, but we’ve heard nothing from either courier. Plus according to the latest Kraok Logistics update our delivery is on hold for some reason, which doesn’t make sense because they were supposed to hand this over to a local courier once it arrived in the UK. All very suspicious!!
Luckily we used our credit card to pay for the vacuum cleaner and they are now investigating this company on our behalf. The authorities should be alerted accordingly.

Scam

Thought I had bought a tumble dryer. They sent a receipt and tracking nearly 1 month ago...no contact numbers or emails work. Website for vendor nor the logistics firm exist. Scam.

USE THIS SUPPLIER AT YOUR PERIL

Non-Delivery
I bought an item which I was told after waiting 3 weeks for delivery it had to come from Europe. I got worried about a possible scam as it does not take that long to get products into the UK from Europe.
I still await the product but have contacted my bank to initiate a charge back as this is definitely not kosher.
