I bought two stainless steel fry pans - Scanpan. Absoultely love them. Great customer service. They have a great website - I will definitely be purchasing again.

On Thursday 14th January 2021 I bought a OXO Good Grips Pop 2.0 Container Rectangle Medium 2.6L for $19.95 with postage of $9.90. This is for when I move into my own unit in March 2021 so I can store the Himalayan Rock Salt in it in my kitchen when I cook for myself or for my family or friends. The staff were kind to me and the service was amazing.

They screwed our order. Wrong item sent. Phoned and they said our item went to someone else by mistake. They did not offer to swap with other customer who wanted the item we got. They offered a lazy refund and just said the item is now out of stock! Even though the other customer who didnt want it got it!!! Sheesh!! A simple mistake packed no doubt by a lazy person.

tried to order a few items. website kept telling me CVC was incorrect when it clearly wasn't. Money got charged from my account yet no items or order was created and now the company say theres nothing I can do.

Fantastic service, fast shipping and high quality products. I bought two teacups and they were packaged very carefully and looked beautiful. They even left a hand written thank you note and a caramel fudge lolly in the box which I thought was lovely. I will definitely be ordering from Everten again!

I ordered a Le Cruset product through these guys. Their prices are excellent and the item was delivered quickly with an extra amount of care on the packaging to ensure that there was little chance of any damage.

The best part though was opening the box and finding a hand written note thanking me for my business. That is such a lovely touch.
