Their congleton branch is still closed and they won’t give current members access to the nearest gym. After making a complaint, being lied to and requesting a manager deal with my issue I have been ignored! Don’t waste your time with this awful customer service.

Disappointing
We wanted to take our 5 month old daughter swimming today at Macclesfield. We had travelled over half an hour and waited in a 10 minute queue to be told it was full. Yet on the website it did not state this. It would have been useful to know to save a wasted journey and disappointment, especially during a time where petrol isn’t cheap.
