WORST BONG/VAPE MAIL ORDER ONLINE SERVICE OR OTHERWISE..COMMENT REINSTATED AFTER COMPANY ATTEMPTED TO TAKE OFF UNDER FALSE PRETENSES. I REQUESTED SPARE PARTS TO PREVENT THE SAME THAT HAPPENED FIRST TIME. THEY DIDNT LISTEN,AND OFCOURSE IT CAME BROKEN. LOOK AT THEIR RESPONSE...FULL REFUND. THEY DONT REFUND ANYONE...IN THIS (ACTUAL REDUND 2 1/2 MONTHS LATER.BRIBERY,LIES,MORE LIES,IMPROPER SHIPPING AND PACKINGING TO SAVE MONEY,FRAUD...LIKE I SAID. HAVE ALL THEIR EMAILS AND MESSAGES. In today's age of on-line business, its' easy to leave a positive review when everything goes smoothly - a few mouse clicks and a few days later your stuff shows up. My review is based on something I feel is more substantial - how Sam and her team at Everyone Does It (UIS and Canada) worked so diligently to help me ' make right ' an initial bad start. Specifically, after ordering - what for me- is an expensive device - and through nobody's fault - the device arrived with a minor flaw that rendered the device more or less useless. I did what I thought was the right thing - I knew in three hours I had a problem so I contacted Sam right away - and I had not met her until then. Sam bent over backwards, including sending me two replacement units at her expense including express shipping - and stayed available and accountable every step of the way (and I am sure the company lost money at the end of this exercise). I am very grateful and pleased to work with professional and capable people who really do go the extra mile when things need be fixed. If you want top quality product, advice and help when you need it the most you'll get all you need.
