I joined in August 2022
I joined in August 2022. Everything about the experience was personalised, welcoming and made me feel at ease. Now 6 months on I have improved so much! The community is superb. The training tough but within my capability snd the support I get is second to none.... Highly recommend.

Since joining EBF last June
Since joining EBF last June, i feel really good both physically and mentally. If I miss a session i feel guilty as I have set myself goals to achieve, these will only be met with my continued commitment. The Coaching staff are ever present and continue to promote healthy training sessions in a really fun and positive way. I have now lost some weight and feel great so I feel this is the best plan for me.
