Took forever and numerous emails back and forth to finally receive my parcel. When it did finally arrive, it arrived in basic packaging nothing likenthe advertisement and the bottle damaged so half the content leaked out. I've demanded a full refund.

Ordered jeans 1 month ago and still not received. Automated replies to enquiries advising will chase or resend but nothing. Demanded refund...

Oh how I wish I'd read these reviews before placing an order from these scammers. Ordered the 3 bras for £19.99 in my usual bra size which I checked using their size chart. Realised after payment that they'd taken about an extra £6 which was apparently VAT. First red flag. Thought it was a UK company but tracking showed the parcel coming from USA. Eventually arrived and the bras aren't fit for purpose. They're size 4XL which is far too big and there's no support in them whatsoever. The label says 25% elastane but they are so flimsy it's ridiculous. Contacted them to ask for a refund as they sent the wrong size. Website states refunds are possible if unsatisfied. LIES. I think I've emailed back and forth with them 6 times now and they still have not admitted to sending the wrong size. It's not even the same sizing system as their size chart. The smallest band they have is 34 so how a 36 could be 4XL is beyond me. The keep saying the items are correct and offered me £2. After several messages they upped their offer to £4 then £6. Eventually they said they'd refund me in full if I send them to China. Clearly I don't trust that they actually would refund me so there's no way I'm posting them to China. Looks like I'll be stuck with the insulting £6 compensation and a lesson well learned.

Editing to add that I've just been informed by PayPal that I'll be getting a full refund, including the extra "VAT" which I'd been charged. When I filed a case with PayPal it turned out the company had a different name, Mailaibi Co, but regardless, they decided in my favour and apparently I'll be refunded. Lesson learned though!

This company should be band. It was hard enough to find their website again and my accounts been locked so I can’t even look at my order on there. When I ordered these I was lead to believe they were in the UK. However they were not so they took ages to arrive. When they finally did they were nothing like the images online. They weren’t in the slightest bit stretchy on the waistband like they were in the videos, it was a totally different pair of jeans. I couldn’t even get them over my thighs. I complained and said obviously sending them back is going to be a nightmare but here’s pictures of the item I received compared to what you advertised and they said I was wrong, they’re the same jeans and offered me $2 for my trouble for something that cost me £23.99. Absolutely disgusting! Avoid like the plague! I am now stuck with a pair of jeans that don’t fit me that cost more than what I could have got from a reputable shop in the UK.

Just to add. I have now reported them to my bank as after reading another review on here I checked my transactions and noticed they charged me nearly £10 extra than the invoice!

This company is nothing but a scam! Firstly, they took an extra £6 than what I was invoiced for, secondly, the jeans were definitely not the size I ordered and they were damp and had a huge water mark stain on them! They would not give me a full refund even though I was entitled to one because they were damaged, and I had to chase and chase them for a measly £6 that they said was their maximum refund! Absolutely terrible that people are getting conned by people like this! I hope Karma bites them on the backside!

Avoid completely, product is absolutely rubbish, cheaper bad quality, not as described, advertised as halara jeans , nothing like it ! Trying to get a refund, don't hold out much hope, I also waited 5 weeks for this item

Unfortunately I've had the same experience as all the others.

Bras (eventually) arrived. Way too big. They agreed a refund and sent me £2!

Still in email exchange with them doubt ill get anything further.

What a waste of money.

I'm disgusted with this company.
I thought I was buying from the UK
My order took 5 weeks to arrive so obviously dispatched from China.
I ordered 3 pairs, different colours but 2 were of the same.
They were of extremely poor quality and workmanship.
The style was not as advertised.
They were straight legged , not baggy or flared.
I paid £60 and have requested to return the items and have a complete refund.
They won't allow this and have offered £10.

An additional cost was added after I’d agreed payment (which included an extortionate £4.99 for P&P) The additional cost was over £7 for VAT which was well above the going rate. I have since had that money refunded via PayPal.
However, my main complaint is that the bras I order are nothing like the advert, and certainly nothing like the size I ordered in good faith.
Terrible company. I have asked for a refund but I’m not holding my breath.

1 star is generous ⭐️ should be none.
Order placed total £19.99 they add without asking £1 for insurance, you proceed to pay and before you notice an extra £6 is added for shipping when it states FREE.
Takes forever to arrive from China factory via USA.
Total fraud.

Items (Bras) are useless.
No support
Incorrect sizing
Bad cheap material
Fake reviews on their website.

Nothing positive to say about this company and after reading reviews on this site (wish I had seen before ordering) they have been at this for only a few months.
Refund if not satisfied is a false statement as they do not respond.
The continued ignorance is to drive you to the point of just accepting you will get nowhere.
Is there nothing that can be done to stop companies such as these and them duping you out of your money.

Still waiting on a fragrance, they will never send it I’m guessing. Does anyone know if I can do anything legally to enforce the issue or get compensation or even just a refund? Thank you in advance, how can this website be reported so many times and still continue? Surely it’s illegal. I’m so glad it was only 20 quid but I feel sorry for those who spent more. 🙏

Shocking company, I have not received my order and for two months they have refused to give me a refund, just palming me off, telling me it is on its way. Appalling customer service. AVOID AVOID AVOID

SCAMMERS! Do not use ! Pretend they’re American , they’re Chinese …. waited 5weeks for two pairs of jeans which had broken zips and threads unfinished. I paid £40 and they offered me £5 refund ! Final offer was £12.. disgusting . I will now have to report to my bank as they won’t refund , despite the advertised full refund if not happy. Do not use these people

Placed order. They added £6 on. I noticed this was VAT but they didn't state that when I clicked place order, it was only when I received payment email from PayPal that I noticed. Didn't even receive order email from them which also shows suspicion. Messaged their FB page asking to cancel order. Of course they ignored it. Luckily I paid via PayPal and they're refunding ne 😊 and I've reported them as scammers after reading these reviews. Usually I review everything before ordering so could kick myself for not checking this one out first. I commented on the actual post of the item i bought and of course it was deleted. I've noticed there are comments but no comments on alot of their posts which show they are dishonest. Received email from PayPal to say my refund from 州斯 童 网丝 络科技有 限公司 广 is on it's way. I thought it was an American company because I received something to say, it can take 10 days for an item from America. That certainly doesn't like look an American name.

Ordered wide leg jeans. Arrived after a long wait. Style is more drain pipe than wide leg. Won’t take back for refund. Offered me £2 then £4 then £6, which I’m going to take as it’s that or nothing. RIP off, awful style and certainly not baggy style as shown on their video/photos!

Terrible company. Horrible communication. Won’t refund. You think you are ordering from a local company but it’s from China or America and is on a slow boat,
Tracking is fake, they promise but haven’t delivered. Waited 8 weeks for aftershave. Chased and chased and just got its in way emails.

Once again 1 star as you cannot give a minus rating. After waiting 11 weeks for an order to be delivered the items do not fit.
I have requested a returns label and refund 3 times and they are not even answering my emails now.
Do not buy from this company they are a rip off

Not even 1 star .. ordered the bra pack and was told they had been delivered. No photograph of delivered goods.

If I could give this nought, I would. Absolutely disgusting scammers. I ordered some non-wired bras in a size 6X. Took four weeks to come and I thought it was coming from America but no, it was coming from China apparently. When they arrived, I had size 2XL which obviously isn’t ever going to be big enough. I contacted customer services and their reaction was oh well give them to someone else we don’t do returns we didn’t make a mistake or we couldn’t possibly have. I told them about my rights buying online in the UK means you can return anything apparently it doesn’t apply to them. The rules don’t apply to them everybody else but not them. I then asked for the address for the returns and they just say no it would be too expensive for you, despite them out made an error in the sending out of the sizes. . I then thought about going through the route of small claims court, and ask for the details they totally ignored 23 emails which I still have. All they kept saying is give them to somebody or send them to the charity shop.. I can’t really afford to lose £25. So buyers beware, don’t touch them with a barge pole.

I’ve taken it up with my bank who are now dealing with it.
