Great company
I had a minor issue with an order and completely overreacted. They were more than happy to help me out. Refund my money and were very apologetic. I would not hesitate to do business with them again if they would with me after my overreaction. LOL great company don't hesitate to purchase from them.

We were out of stock of one of the items, which he was refunded for immediately. Due to the shipping costs to USA sending the other item made the price extremely high. After a few email exchanges with the customer we then proceeded to refund the entire order. The customer was initially concerned as we had not responded (Due to time differences) - and reacted accordingly with this review. However, the customer is hopefully now satisfied as they were refunded in full.

Have used this company a couple of times and although I've not had to deal with emailing them(which speaks for itself) my orders and been completed quick and efficiently and with no problems as such. I did receive a clamp with a missing nut and washer but I'm sure I didn't order the clamp with it anyway!

Startlingy good value, quality and service
Ordered a pair of custom-sized exhaust downpipe to muffler reducers on eBay for less than £20 the set. Checked dimensions with the prompt and courteous Jemma, ordered the bits on eBay, they arrived the next day, and are a perfect fit. Good lord! where do you get service and value like that these days? Very highly recommended.

excellent service & communication
i needed a part for my exhaust & discovered everyexhaustpart on eBay, after finding the part i required i emailed the company to ask about certain sizes that were required for their exhaust part to fit mine, the person dealing with my many questions was called gemma, all of my emails were answered within minutes with detailed knowledge of the questions i was asking which made purchasing the part i required very easy indeed.
