Short but exhilarating!
The experience on the day was good and well organised, albeit a short one. The instructor was friendly and helpful, making me feel safe, while getting the most from the experience, at the same time.
I would say however, that booking a suitable experience from the voucher I had been gifted, became a bit of a cash grab, £25 to change to a weekend booking close to home, (paid). £40 Insurance waiver, (doubling the original voucher value, not paid). £20 per lap demo laps. (Not paid). On the day photo and videos. (Not paid)! So, although no pressure was applied to buy these add ons, be vigilant otherwise it could easily be an expensive day!

Staff were brilliant with kids
I purchased this as a present for my car mad daughter. Ordering on the website was easy although the order details I received later didn't clearly show the car upgrades I had chosen. A phone call to the company to check was easy though. On the day it was very busy with lots of different queues depending on the experience chosen. I had ordered a demo lap so my daughter could understand the track before driving, however they just used her first car for this instead so that was a bit of a let down as on the phone they said it would be a Ariel Atom or similar (which she was quite looking forward too). The experience in the 3 cars, Audi R8 V10, Ferrari 458, Lamborghini Huracan were all excellent. We chose 'thrill' which is 6 miles instead of 3, worked out at 10 laps per car. They started slow but gradually through the cars had her driving quicker and they were very friendly and encouraging. I must give a special thanks to Steve Cooper - he was the instructor for the 458 and Huracan and really put my daughter at ease with his friendliness and joking, the praise he gave her for her driving really made her so happy. He also arranged a bonus ride in the Atom, so she luckily got that wish thanks to his generosity. It's things like that which will make customers come back.
We also purchase a hot lap with one of the professional drivers, Nick was again very engaging and polite and really threw the car into the corners - it was excellent.
If I was nit-picking, the thing which I think could be improved on is (at least for the junior bit) is how the kids are called. They had one person shouting out the names, but there was also loud music coming from speakers near the tent, hence everyone was crowded around the caller just so they could hear. there isn't a line as such, it's just when you're called, so you do feel like you're hanging around a fair bit unsure when your turn is. As I said though, I'm nit-picking and overall it was a very very good experience and my daughter was delighted with the day.

Staff were amazing
My partner loved his experience day, it was a good day!! Staff were helpful and polite. I thought Isla was amazing, coordinating drivers and instructors effortlessly. If I could change anything it would be that the cars, however lovely, were not as maintained as I thought they would be and if honest, didn’t give that WOW factor I wanted. That being said, would definitely do it again.

The overall experience was ok
The overall experience was ok, a little chaotic a lot of standing around. I guess to be expected. Staff very good, can’t fault that. Where I would suggest improvements is the track itself, it would be good to do a sighter lap, to get one’s eye in. The surface of the track, you are driving fast and you need to avoid potholes that to me it’s not ok. The surface at carver barracks was littered with them. To the cars, drove the Ferrari 458 and McLaren 570s for 6 miles each decent cars. Overall it was ok, I took the additional £50 media package video and pic - which is reasonable price wise. I
didn’t walk away thinking wow! I think for the cost outlay vs overall excitements it’s an ok experience.
In short:
Staff - 10/10
Cars - 8/10
Track - 5/10
Overall - 7/10

Don't bother wasting your money with…
Don't bother wasting your money with Everyman, video's not recorded, small track. Customer service non exsistant.
£5 refund per missing video, costs more to return SD card for them to sort their error.
Avoid if you want your day to be special.
