Sent the wrong bong, it wasnt great quality either.

I ordered a puffco online and got a email saying that it’s no longer in stock, I was gutted as needed for a present. I spoke to the customer service team which put my mind at rest and sent me out a similar product that same day, the customer service is brilliant and will be back. I can’t stress enough that the customer service and the speed of resolving my issue was second to none and it’s refreshing to see a company put the customer first. I recently ordered an Arizer Argo dry herb vape. The product turned up very quickly and was packaged well. Every one does it also chucked in a free grinder and rolling tray. Overall very pleased with the experience! Will use again!
