I got my Tirzapatide injector pen on…

I got my Tirzapatide injector pen on time, without problem. So far since November 2025, I have gone from 259, to 229 pounds!! I am very happy! My strength and stamina have returned. No other medication is as effective to lose weight. Every Meds made it all so easy to do! My name is Fred Berger.

Horrible service. First my appointment with the doctor just insisted I get therapy with ketamine without listening to why I got depression. Well, It is because I felt and hit my head on the stair. Then, I found out their charges do not include medication. The medication with doctor visit and their membership ended up costing me over 500 dollars. Their pharmacy charge 40 dollars just for shipping while company "joyous" gets you done with just 100 dollars all inclusive. I tried to cancel with them. I called and Emailed with no response. Please avoid at all cost.

So many other better ethical options!

I had Dr Epstien from Everyone’s MD as a telemedicine ketamine doctor to treat my severe major depression, and SI. On our very first visit it sounded like he was playing video games, and I got an uneasy vibe from him. On our follow ups, he never asked how I was doing, and just continued to prescribe me the highest doses possible. I ended up in the hospital, (nothing to due to ketamine overuse) and because they needed to know what meds I was on, they had to check with Dr. Epstien to make sure he was my prescribing doctor. When I got out of the hospital, my prescription for my next refill had been deleted by Dr. Epstien with ZERO communication or concerns about my wellbeing. Now I understand why he would pull the prescription; but I don’t understand why he wouldn’t even speak to his patient. Ketamine had saved my life, and he wouldn’t even talk to me to see what the situation was. Luckily there are doctors that still care out there, and I have been able to state my case and get back into regular scheduled treatment program.

Long story short, I had recovered repressed memories of childhood SA from the ketamine therapy which was a huge breakthrough, but it was also a lot for my brain to process without the support of a trained therapist, and I went into psychosis for a couple of days which landed me in the worst mental institutions in the country for a month.

I would think as a prescribing ketamine doctor, you might want to talk to your patient and see what was going on with them, and why? I’m in NC, and although i didn’t call the medical board because I believe so much in ketamine therapy, and didn’t want them to take away his medical license, it looks like they already have due to other patients he didn’t care about. I’m not one to write reviews, but I have had a lot of crappy doctors that don’t care. They are extremely expensive, and when you use your hard earned money to try and get better, you definitely deserve a doctor that actually cares about you!

The owner of the company was not any better! He completely ignored all of my texts until I threatened to call the better business bureau because they charged me for the prescription they deleted. He is also super sketchy…lost his medical license as well, and only seems to care about money…

It worked before. Now a scam?

It worked before. Always a long wait. Now it takes days to get seen and waiting in que. customer support just says “I don’t know” to every single question. Also the owner seems to be a co piracy theorist. I get unsolicited emails from him. And he’s running for president now. A little disturbing. On top of that you pay for the visit and a monthly fee just to be seen. Count me out.

Took me for $174.98

Yeah, beware. They got me today. Zelled the $174.98 and waited in the virtual waiting room. Dr came on and couldn't hear me and I accidentally clicked on the wrong button and the virtual appointment ended. Tried to get back in the waiting room but they wanted another $174.98 to continue. Called and called for hours and left messages tried to online chat-no response. No one picked up or called back. Expensive lesson to learn. It's sad you're going to them looking for help with your mental health but they truly do not care. They just want your money whether they provide a service or not.

UPDATE: EveryonesMD got back to me. I may have been hasty in making my review. It appears they were very busy that day but they did make things right and I am able to see the Dr today.

This was my first time seeing the Dr so I got nervous when I couldn't get a hold of anyone. But in the end they made it right and I will be able to see the Dr today.

Sounds good but falls short

The service sounds wonderful and would be if it functioned as outlined on the website, but that wasn't my experience. It took from Monday until Friday to actually see a physician, who was rude and not well informed about Ketamine therapy. After prescribing nasal ketamine, I was contacted through an alternate system after the visit ended and told that nasal ketamine was out of stock for an indefinite period of time and that I could use troches, but they make me sick. It took multiple contacts through the online system to get a response about being charged twice for a single visit and being unable to receive the medication that was originally prescribed. I was told that a refund would be processed. I also asked to cancel my membership to prevent further monthly charges at that time. A month after joining I have had to contest the charge for a prescription that was never filled, the duplicate visit charges that weren't refunded, and today I was charged another monthly fee. At best, I'll probably be out $99 for a monthly fee for the first month. I would NOT recommend using this service based on my personal experience.

Double charge

Went through the website, long wait for response. Doubled charged. Poor customer service for a company treating Anxiety. Doctor was rude. Cancelled. Waste of time and money.
