THIS COMPANY IS BANKRUPT-DO NOT USE THEM.

Shipped the wrong item despite my providing a product number, which I ordered for five years, twice per year. They refused to have UPS pick up the item even though it is a liquid and could spill in my car. A refund was also refused-a $15 credit on $90 was offered. KEEP IT! I’ll see what my bank has to say.

They have only ONE customer service agent and they HAVE DECLARED BANKRUPTCY which is not stated on their web site.

Similar issues like others - poor quality and customer service!

Similar issues like others - poor quality and customer support! After first wash there was massive color bleeding of one of the bikinis I bought, it was completely ruined and also spotted on another piece. I washed it on delicate cycle, cold and with very mild detergent. There was no mention that I'm supposed to only hand wash them at the store. Customer Service refused a refund although I have shopped for $596 with them. Do not recommend!

Worse than aliexpress

Same issue as others. Fabric bubbled and puckered after one wear. $100+ bikini worse quality than aliexpress since the small was sized for non human proportions and the interior fabric amount is larger than the exterior amount and poorly gathered. Also the cup pads are bigger than the fabric they go in. Unbelievably lazy quality and they won’t take refunds.

***DO NOT SHOP HERE***

Initially I thought this shop would be my swimwear salvation given all the beautiful designs. However this has turned into a complete nightmare. I bought two bikinis on my first visit. Despite them surprisingly not coming in a protective bag, I gave them each one when I got home. I wore one bikini three times, gently washing it in the sink with soap each time after use, air drying it and then popping it back in the bag. However, on the third wash I noticed the back of the bikini bottoms look about a hundred years old, with white patches and bubbling (please see pictures). I went back to the store but it was a week and a half beyond the paltry 21-day return period so I was directed to the customer service general number. I did finally get through to a real person who told me to send an email with pictures, which I immediately did. Long story short, they are categorically refusing to replace the item saying I have damaged it on a rough surface. Note I only wore the bikini in my own pool. If you cannot sit down in your own hot tub with your bikini on, for an hour each time, then what point is there to the bikini at all? I have repeatedly complained believing that there is a quality issue with this fabric (I noticed it contains Spandex which my other swimwear does not) but they will simply not accept it. Since the bottoms match the top I now have a completely useless item after owning it just 4.5 weeks and so have wasted $150, which is a lot of money to me. I don’t mind paying good money for quality but clearly this is NOT it. I have not worn the second bikini yet but I’m not holding out much hope and I am nervous about wearing it at all since I clearly can’t sit down in it. I am deeply upset and would only advise that you steer clear of this low quality, crappy customer service place and spend your good money elsewhere. I would have given zero stars if this were an option.

The worst customer service expletive

The worst customer service expletive. Swim suit of $200 fell apart after one wear. They said that product is simply very delicate and it is my fault. They said to be more careful and that’s it. Don’t buy from them! They don’t stand behind their products.

EBW sent a used and damaged suit

Ordered a suit while in the store. When it arrived it had no tags and was ripped in several places. It wasn’t new. At first, they didn’t want to refund my money and only wanted to give me a credit. Ultimately they did refund but it was a poor experience. Bought the same suit from the manufacturer.

Company does not back the products they sell

I purchased a bag, after one year, the bag started bubbling. Obviously the fabric is defective.
The store itself was polite. However the 800 costumer service was very disappointing.
They informed me that despite the defective textile they would not be able to provide me with any assistance.
Basically
I’m sh¡! outa luck. And it’s nothing that I did.
If I had shopped at any other high end store they would have replaced or even store credit.

"Its your own fault" No exchange or refund!!!

I bought a nice $160 bikini at the store, And after only ONE SINGLE use, i had issues with the bottoms. I went back to the store and talked to the manager who also were the one selling me the bikini. She agreed with me and that they should be exchanged, but customer service refuse to exchange the bottoms, or give me a refund. They say its my own fault. I am speachless! DONT ever buy anything there.

Frustrating Check Out!

I tried to place a larger order multiple times without any luck. I received different error messages upon check out. I called the 800 number and it went to a voicemail and also sent 2 emails, one to the web alias and one to the customer service alias with no response. I see why they would have such a low rating already.

Poor policy on refunds for cash…

Poor policy on refunds for cash purchases especially for international customers. My wife bought goods to the value of $400 and paid cash but after trying them on again she decided they were not for her so returned them to the store. When trying to get a cash refund she was told that you only refund up to the value of $50 and have to wait for a cheque for the balance. This is a ridiculous enough policy but you also have to have an American address as they won’t send the cheque abroad! Do you not expect in Florida to have foreign customers? Or do you just not want to issue refunds? At no point did the sales assistant point out this policy when taking the cash for the sale. Surely the customer when paying by cash should be advised at the point of sale that you don’t issue cash refunds over $50 and don’t post the cheques abroad especially as my wife clearly has a Scottish accent. There is a tiny sign below the cash register detailing the policy but again this is not obvious to the customer. This experience has put my wife off from returning to your store to purchase any goods. This policy has clearly not be thought through or if it has then you are clearly putting the company’s needs ahead of the customers
