Wish I could give it no stars, absolute shocking company that makes you feel like you are a criminal and delayed responses.

If you entrust this company with remortgaging your family home don't bother.
First they sold me a product I wasn't eligible for so by the time it went through and got rejected the rates had gone up twice meaning any new product would be considerably more expensive. When speaking to other brokers they knew I wouldn't eligible for that particular lender straight away. When it came back rejected they completed another search without one asking me or telling me what's happened or two if anything had changed in my circumstances since the previous searches were done (which 2 major changes has happened). I put in a complaint and this was upheld. Then I had a new advisor as the original one left the company along with another advisor (wonder why staff turn over is high?). He was quite good and supportive (probably because he knew I wasn't taking any rubbish they try and spin me). However another issue arise when the funds went to the solicitor. I still had issues getting the deal over the line. I asked for call back to assist as they were the brokers and had a financial interest within this matter. No call back returned. I sent an email chasing to which an email reply was given with an update was given. Second day again called for a call back. call back finally returned by Matthew and all I can say was how rude and disinterested he was in performing a simple task to chase the lender for a response. I wasn't asking for anything for anything major. He had literally washed his hands of the file and was unprofessional towards other people working in my file. I found out via my solicitor because the funds had been transferred to the him their file had now closed even though it hadn't completed. Even if this doesn't go through I wouldn't be asking everything financial to look for another deal (which part of the initial call back on Monday was asking as I felt they rectified the original issue) nor would I recommend this company to anyone.

I had an extremely positive experience in using Everything Financial to remortgage a buy-to-let property. James Cheung combines a friendly and reassuring manner with great attention-to-detail, an essential trait, in my view, given the vagaries of the mortgage market these days, and the hoops through which lenders make one jump. He is extremely professional, well informed and communicative. I would have no hesitation in recommending him. Andrew Shuff, who was involved in progressing the case, is also excellent.

I've used many Brokers but it's the first time I've used this particular one.
I must say I was impressed straight away.
They are very professional, helpful, and extremely friendly. They were also quick to find another Lender when the current one suddenly said, "we don't deal with ex-local authority properties"!!
I was up against a deadline and they pushed this remortgage along, behind the scenes, to make sure we met it, and we did, with minutes to spare!
I really can't fault this company at all, in fact, I'm going to use them to help with my next remortgage.
