I had a real shitty experience with everything420. Trying to communicate with customer service was bullshit. I kept going round and round in circles having to ask the same question I had about a vape. I think it was the fourth or fifth reply I finally got a competent person that finally answered my question. Then I was confused to why my order was saying for four days it created the label and was awaiting the item if there saying it was shipped out. Then trying to contact customer service again to try and find out what was going on why my order wasn't shipped out for 4 days and I feel like I'm talking to someone that seems like they don't understand English or is to wasted to understand what I'm talking about. I just go round and round circles saying they don't know what's going on with my order. I feel like I should of gotten another vape for all the trouble I had to go through with this company. I ordered again to see how the process would go and one thing I'm confused about is why when trying to ask support about a contradicting price on there website u keep going round and round in circles again like there oblivious to there own prices on there own website. They have a watermelon runts ice cart that they marked down to $25.50 then when u click on there vape to get more details it says $22. But when trying to find out why it didn't drop the price at checkout. Support tries to tell u your calculating something. I told them over and over I'm not calculating anything the price is right there on there website. U even tell them to look at the website themselves and u still have to go round and round in circles and go no were. I'm confused again why my order wasn't shipped again for 4 days. The problem I have is with support. They act like they don't know what the hell there doing. I get sick and tired of dealing with the incompetent people I'm dealing with that don't know what the hell there doing. I love the prices on the website. I just wish support would understand what your talking about when discussing there own prices on there website. I would give this review for this company 5 stars if this company had competent people to answer your questions about the prices on there own website.

I was frustrated with not being able to use my discount code for several days and decided not to order. Got several emails from Guy and i told him about my codes not working. Then ...Behold...he sent me a new discount code and I placed my order. Persistence pays off.

Their customer service sucks their app sucks and it's been over 3 weeks since I ordered and USPS still hasn't got it. They won't refund me either.

Disliked the fact I was kept waiting for a order that wouldnt even ship now I have to wait another two weeks for one singular screw on

Every time i’ve ordered from E420 i’ve had nothing but exceptional service and products.

I got quick responses as well as compensated for the two defected items. The shipping was fast and the products always hit.

Was kinda disappointed in the mystery bud box. There was no box, just a bag. The bud was weak. Didn't feel like I got my money's worth.

It was well for what I wanted but I found a place near me where I could buy better weed not that their weed is bad but I have a high tolerance for top shelf bud. But I definitely recommend buying your bongs and bubblers here they got some crazy wacky stuff to check out, couldn’t get directions on how to use this one dab rig, but it’s still fun, check them out.

From my first purchase I was pleased. When there was an issue with a damaged piece, it was resolved without issue.
I have used several mail order services even though I live in a legal state. So far this is my favorite.
