Surprisingly, not many folks have CD players so I was in a bit of a quandary as to what to use as a medium. I could have used plain USB sticks but then I wouldn't have been able to create any liner notes. This cassette USB was just what I needed. Folks will first say, "I don't have a cassette player anymore" to which I would then show them it's actually a USB they can plug into their car or computer. The only challenge I had was getting the J-card, the part that fits in the cassette case, correct. I think that was mainly because J-cards aren't printed much these days. Other than that, I'm totally sold on this format.

Sham was amazing and so quick responding. I appreciate the insight when it came to the sizes of the embroidery and the color matching!! Thanks so much the blankets are an amazing touch for our babies being seen to sedation.

This is the first time I have ordered a product from Everything Promo, and I will say one thing: the rep assigned to us, Sham Francis, was exceptional from start to finish. Only complaint I have is that it was a SHAME we havent work with him before.

We placed an order for 1,000 grocery bags after requesting to get a sample bag. Samples came in several colors and were better than expected. We asked questions about if the printing would rub off and were told it shouldn't. Bags came really fast and the printing was perfect on every one. Service and quality of the product is why my 5 starts. Also Ben was quick to respond all the way through the process.

Marcus was extremely patient and helpful, reaching out to the factory to guarantee they would come out sleek (no condensation on the label) and brand-accurate (many companies often misprint our brown as black). Special shout-out to James for assisting as well and forwarding the tracking information when Marcus was unavailable!
