BMW i3 94aH purchase 13th October 2019.

I'd been looking for an i3 for a while but none were ticking all of my boxes in terms of my desired specs.... until I saw one for sale on Autotrader from EVHero.

Initially I was more inclined to purchase from a main dealer, but I decided to enquire more about the car with the intention of doing a test drive (as it wasn't too far from me).

I spoke to William and immediately my mind felt at ease. There were no pushy sales tactics and more of general discussions about the car and electric vehicles in general - William is highly knowledgable in this field with a lot of experience in dealing with EVs. When I went to test drive the car I was further reassured that this would be a sound purchase from a great company.

I picked up the car with my family and William was also great with my 2 young kids who were super excited about Daddy's new car! The transaction went smoothly and I was on my way home without any delay.

After sales has also been great with follow up emails and answers to previously asked questions.

All in all, the car is great and highly recommended. But if you are in the market for an electric vehicle then hands down I would highly recommend EVHero for your purchase... you will be well looked after!

We bought an absolutely immaculate Nissan Leaf 30kW Tekna from VZERO at a very good price. We were very impressed with their knowledge of electric cars and excellent customer service. Our experience was almost the exact opposite of what we've come to expect from car dealers - William was helpful, knowledgeable and honest. Can't recommend highly enough, we will definitely use them again.

William was brilliant from the first time I enquired to delivery of my car and the after sales care.
He was very knowledgeable and advised which model would be best for my needs.

Nothing but pure honest professionalism from start to finish. We are lucky to have VZERO close to home and are looking forward to developing an ongoing relationship with them as we begin the adventure into electric motoring with the Nissan Leaf. Just need to install the Zappi intelligent solar power charger for close to free EV charging. :-)

After searching for hours on auto trader for a BMW I3 with the particular set of extras I was looking for (park assist, jam assist and active cruise control), I was ready to give up searching due to the poor descriptions many dealers use when listing an electric car.

Then I came across the listing by VZERO and what struck me right away was the clarity and honesty of the ad.

I phoned up and spoke to Will, who was extremely helpful in answering all of my many technical questions (some of which he said he had never been asked before). Will had a passion for electric cars and his knowledge of them was vast.

I must have spoken to him a good 15 times before I committed to purchasing the car and each time he was as helpful, friendly and patient as the last.

I have now had the car around a 1 week and the transaction process was a dream as was the cars condition and it has already far surpassed my initial expectations in terms of economy versus performance.

Rest assured, which ever car you buy through VZERO, these guys are the good guys.
