It was my first time using your EvieBikes in Jersey.

I unlocked the first bike, it has no electric driven and difficult to ride,

Later I tried to end ride and re-unlock again, the problem still exist

I changed to 3rd bike, but this bike out of battery very soon and the phone wireless charging was not functioning

Then I changed to the 4th bike, riding for a short period, it showed the following symbol, the bike wheel was tough and sounded locked and impossible to ride manually.

I had to give up in the wilderness, luckily there was a bus route passing by and I could go back to the town centre.

The 4th trip told I have rided 993.50km in 34 min, it was insane!

Your service is really bad and ruined my whole journey.

Hired a Zoe in jersey, for the day.

Let’s say I won’t be buying an electric car ever.

Car wasn’t charged, 62 Mile range. No instructions given how to use the piece of junk. Wasted hours trying to charge it, needed support. Called the helpline to be told to email us. Even had to pay myself to charge it as their card wouldn’t work. Returned after 5 hours, £70 wasted. A complete nightmare to try and charge when they hand it over empty. Sent an email to support to raise my complaints. Fobbed off with a lie we charge the cars the night before. Complete BS.

EVie works well, and it's cheaper than other hire cars as you don't get charged for petrol/diesel and you can pay by the hour for short trips. It's the only way I'd hire a car now.
The app is usually quick to unlock a car you have booked, but can be slow if you have poor signal. Locking the car is very quick as it uses Bluetooth instead.
Their staff are helpful and responsive.
