I ordered a steering wheel from OMP. The delivery was a little delayed through customs, but ok. The wheel itself is now six weeks old and already falling apart. The stitching is coming out at several places. Usually OMP stands for quality, but I was probably very very unlucky with this product.

Ordered on the 2nd October and still haven't received my package.
Website says VAT plus shipping included, i just received a letter stating that I have to pay 55 chf and plus, I have to go pick it up myself.
I feel scammed.

Sorry about your disappointment.
You are right, the prices were shown as VAT inclusive, but they were actually VAT excluded. Please accept my apologies.
In that case as it was a mistake from our end I am ready to pay VAT for your order.
However all other fees (customs etc.) cannot be covered by us, as stated clearly in the Shipping Policy.
Regarding shipping, your parcel is waiting for you in your post office. It will be released when all the duties and taxes will be paid.
I'm sorry you have to pick up the package at the post office. Normally, the postman delivers the items to the door, but each country's post office operates differently. We would be delighted to provide FedEx delivery to Switzerland, but the cost of such a courier service is prohibitively expensive.

Luisi volanti wheel is the goods!
Bought a Luisi Volanti steering steering wheel from evilspeed. Most places I found didn't ship to Japan easily but I was happily surprised how quickly it arrived! Also got an email to inform me that my wheel would be shipping soon, as it was on backorder. Nice customer service! Will definitely buy from here again 🤙🤙 Thanks!

Great service, incredible products
Customer service was really fast, answered all questions with no trouble, and delivered very quick and well protected.
As for the product itself, it's the real japanese one, even the instructions are in japanese, but don't let that scare you : quality in unbeatable, and it retains all turn signals auto-cancel and stuff. Best hub.
