Good service but a bit overpriced.

I would recommend Eviteq for plumbing and electrical inspections.

After the inspection, the electrical panel had to be replaced. I think the quoted price was 20-30% higher than the market price, so I'm not giving them 5 stars.

The final outcome and service was good.

The electrician, Mody, was professional, friendly, and very polite.

Hammed was fantastic today

Hammed was fantastic today. He professionally worked through some issues with the quote and then did some amazing work to install my lighting with minimal electrical cabling showing. He checked everything g with me before it was done and was quiet and very polite.

A great experience

Eviteq recently replaced the residual current device (HPFI relay) in my apartment and conducted an electrical inspection as we were selling the apartment. They offered a competitive price, were punctual, and communicated well. The job was very professional, and I highly recommend them.

Their after-support was excellent too. The administrator of the housing cooperative (andelsforening) was very pedantic and didn't understand the invoice, even though it was very easy to read for both me and the buyer of the apartment. We asked Eviteq to edit the invoice to include the exact wording the administrator needed. They immediately edited the invoice.

If you need an electrician who does great work, is on time, and provides excellent service, Eviteq is the right choice for you!

We had an electrical problem at our…

We had an electrical problem at our home in Easter Sunday. We called Eviteq and they sent out an electrician within an hour. Mohammed figured out the issue quickly and resolved it. We had our lights on and working quickly. Mohammed was knowledgeable, efficient and friendly. Excellent service.

Excellent experience with Eviteq

I recently hired Eviteq for the complete electrical installation in my new apartment, and I couldn’t be happier with the results. They took down all the old wiring and fixtures, replacing them with new installations. The work was excellent, and everything was done precisely to my specifications.

Communication throughout the project was outstanding—clear, prompt, and very professional. Special thanks to the two electricians who worked on my apartment during the week, Andre (406) and Rasmus (412). They were not only highly professional and skilled but also incredibly friendly and respectful. They took great care to ensure that everything was done to the highest standard and left the place tidy after each day of work.

Overall, I highly recommend Eviteq to anyone needing reliable, high-quality electrical services. I’m thoroughly impressed with the quality of work and the professionalism of the team!

The worst customer service and…

The worst customer service and electrical work I have experienced in Denmark to date.

First they confirm my appointment without booking it in so no one shows up in my flat to do the electrical work. It had to be done on that day due to a move.

I then call them and they recognise the mistake but instead of solving the problem and send electricians to do the work, they de-prioritise me, send someone who does half the work and then cancels the next day continuation of the work with me.

In addition they have a horrible nagging lady working there who sends me emails about how the poor electricians need to keep their shoes on and need to make noise. These were requests we had dealt with with the electricians as we were working whilst they were there. You don’t need the electricians nagging mum to come and re-emphasise the conversation you already had once.

On top of all this, after not completing the work and attacking and nagging on me when they were the one in fault by forgetting my booking, they expect me to pay for the full work and send an invoice for this.

DO NOT use this company. They are not serious or professional and they will give you a clear headache.

Eviteq incomplete service and no compensation

Eviteq repaired our fusebox incompletely. I only found our with the inspector came to confirm the workk had been done. Eviteq returned to complete the work, but would not compensate me for the extra fee I had to pay to the inspector to return again to confirm the repairs were done. Furthermore when I called several times to discuss this, Eviteq ignored my calls and replied very impolitely to an email request to cover the extra cost. I would not recommend Eviteq due to their poor service and poor communication. Mistakes happen, but there is always an opportunity to correct them

NEVER USE THIS CHEATING COMPANY

Really BAD customer service. NEVER USE THIS COMPANY
They gave you a very cheap price before you hire them, and then they charge you more than DOUBLE!! Thats really a CHEATING company!

When I bought the apartment, I hired an electrician from other company to check everything. He found out three errors and issued a report on that. Later on he was sick so he cannot finish the work. Then I found Eviteq.
I sent the report to Eviteq and asked them to give me a fee quote. They replied, they can fix the errors for around 3000 kr. Based on that estimation, I agreed them to provide service.

However, when electrician came to my apartment and started work, they told me its more complicated than they expect, and they cannot finish the work that day, BUT, I have to pay them 4240 kr for HALF of the work. Later, they would come to work again to fix the rest.

I asked them give me a total price, and they told me 7500 kr!!! More than DOUBLE of what they estimated!

The expericence of the communication was also very AWEFUL. The one who gave me a fee quote did not reply email, did not reply message neither. I had to write emails to the company for many times, and NO REPLY. Couple of days later, someone called me at 11am and said they would contact me later on the same day after they talked with the on spot electrician. I waited until 5pm, NO REPLY. so I called back, and he said no answer yet, would call me later in the evening. I waited until midnight, NO REPLY.

Next day, I texted the guy again to request for a feedback, the guy seems had forgotten everything, and even blamed me that I bothered his personal life because of the text at 5pm!! He asked me to write email to Eviteq agian. I did. NOOOOO REPLY.

I gave up.

If you dont wanna get angry, NEVER USE THIS COMPANY!

Total waste of time and money

Total waste of time and money. The focus of this company is "on charging by the hour" instead of finding the solution to your problem.
I had a problem with the main electricity switch, it would keep turning down one time after the other with no obvious reason. At the moment the electrician came, everything was working, and the technician spent literally 15 minutes in checking the main box and went away saying everything was perfect. The following day we woke up with no electricity and called again to ask for a new check. They simply focused on why they could not come by, who would pay to the technician. No customer focus at all, couldn't be just an option to be flexible and say we will just come by within 24hs and check what is wrong?
The very rude answer was "I will not go to your house if you don't pay again, because I'd rather go where I'm paid."
This is not about paying your hours, this about solving people's problems and about customer satisfaction, which are obviously concepts that are unknown to this company. Worst service ever.

The worst company that I have ever been in contact with!

I was to sell my apartment in Copenhagen and needed an electrician to check so that everything was up to standard. I had just lived there for 2 years and never changed a thing related to any electric stuff. When I bought it everything was okay, but according to Eviteq 2 years later I needed to make improvements that would cost me 17.600 DKK. When I asked for a elaboration of the issues that Eviteq wanted me to fix they just told me that I needed to pay them to fix the issues. Therefore I wanted a second opinion and got an electrician from another company who made a new inspection. Some of the issues pointed out by Eviteq this new electrician fixed on spot for free due to the insignificant nature of the issue.

I wouldn't recommend my worst enemy to use Eviteq. It was, with no doubt, the absolute worst customer experience of my life.
