Great customer service
Great customer service and pump.
My Evite hands-free pump stopped working, so I contacted customer service and they immediately provided support. Since it was still under warranty, I received a replacement pump just two days after contacting them.

Not so sure about the quality
For 1,5 month the gadget worked fine. Unfortunately the electric pump showed problems from the very beginning. Firstly on the table with the functions. Then the vacume system was not working properly. When this happened (on my forth month after birth) I went to Greece. Which means I needed when I was outdoors because I was exclusively pumping. I sent them a video of the broken table. They told me I have to pay 22€ for the transportation costs if they send me a new one in Greece. I told them it is too expensive so can you send me a new one at least in my address in the Netherlands? The response was to test again the pump and make again a video. As everyone knows a person with a small baby that is on vacation is extremely busy to make constantly videos. So I never sent a video again and I was never compensated for the pump. Such a pity.

Makes my pumping life easier

Awesome support, fast delivery
The delivery was fast. The support is amazing. They are responsive and replied right away and helped us to understand and fix our issue.
The pump build quality is high. The replacement parts are available on their shop.

Contact customer support if the shells don't fully close onto the engine
Looks like I got a defective shell because the engine kept slipping out of the shell. Customer support was very helpful and sent me new shells that now work well. Overall satisfied

A very nice pump but it’s annoying to…
Its a nice pump but it’s annoying to have to buy different sizes later. You could give the option to buy the pump with your size. Too much plastic production and wasted this way. I had to order new size and the original? In the garbage, unused?
Companies should pay attention to these details if we want to make a change in the world. The pump works perfect when you get your size.
