I’ve been waiting over three weeks for Evobike to send me a shipping box so I can return a bike that has never worked properly since I bought it. The person handling my case, Alan, keeps delaying and now even refuses to send the box.
This bike is essential for my business. Because of these ongoing issues, my business has been completely stopped for over a month. I depend on this bike to work, and despite explaining this many times, I’ve received no real help or solutions.
I’ve had several problems with the bike from the beginning, and now Alan is telling me that I might not get a refund at all. This is devastating. I worked six months non-stop to be able to afford this bike, trusting it would support my work.
For over a month, I’ve been begging for help, alternatives, or any concrete solution, and instead I’ve been met with delays, uncertainty, and lack of responsibility.
Very disappointing experience, especially for a company selling bikes for professional use. I would not recommend Evobike to anyone who relies on their product for work.
