Adam Ford is a scammer trying to rebrand - do not buy from this website. I paid for an item through his original site EvolutionTCG in February and, after months of chasing and being dragged along by email, had to cancel my order in May. Refund was promised and never paid so had to do a chargeback through my credit card. Then he had the audacity to dispute the claim. AVOID

Purchased various Pokemon bits in November 2025 and I’m still waiting on them, now Adam has decided to vanish and give no contact and still owes me around £400 In sold products

I ordered hundreds of pounds of items; I never received, many false promises on items dispatch/delivery etc. all of which never came to fruition. Then decides to go radio silent!

He’s then had the audacity to challenge the charge back through the bank. Unfortunately for him, my bank isn’t stupid and provided them with about 30 pages of evidence to support the claim.

I purchased from this seller before he rebranded to clean his image. Previously known as Evolution Cards TCG, which also happens to be a trademarked name for a legitimate company. He had taken a lot of pre orders and cannot fulfil so instead working with the customers and updating them on orders, offering refunds or anything else that can be constructive he has just decided to cut off all communication channels.

I had initially communicated with him about items not being delivered, he had responded that he had refunded my order and then sent me someone else's order details! After sending him records of receipts, invoices and our previous conversation - radio silence from then.

Searching online shows this is pretty much what all customers are experiencing. He has shut down his social media and any means of contact to him.

His old brand was Evolution Cards TCG, refer to that to see what other people are experiencing. His ebay store is Arcturus Toys and Collectibles.

DO NOY BUY FROM THIS CLOWN. HE WILL TAKE YOUR MONEY, STRING YOU ALONG SAYING STOCK WILL FOR LONG ENOUGH THAT YOU CAN NO LONGER CHARGE BACK THROUGH YOUR CARD.

Placed an order on its first company name called Evolution Cards TCG in February and since made an excuse of shipment being delayed by the manufacturer from he buys it from and took months of emails with the same excuse and his has now decided to change his name to this one called evolution elite collectibles which can not be trusted either and wouldn’t recommend buying anything from this place either otherwise you will lose your money even though I got my refund today 20th of June he has apologised for it which I appreciate it but your choice to trust I’m here for I’ve experienced but that’s just me.

I pre-ordered a Pokemon TCG Team Rocket's
Moltres ex Ultra Premium Collection with the merchant on
19/09/2025. I never received any product on or after the release
date for the product (November 2025), after contacting this
merchant he advised there was stock issues and delayed in
fulfilling my order.
After waiting/contacting the merchant over the course of a couple
of months, still nothing. On 26/03/2026 I emailed asking to cancel
my order, which he obliged but I still to this date have not
received any refund of any kind and also the merchant has closed
his website and socials so I have no way of contacting him.
