Easy to order, delivery prompt and on time

GREEDY COMPANY SELLING GREAT PRODUCTS. MASSIVE MARKUPS WITH NO COMPETITION YET

UPDATE FOLLOWING RESPONSE: again the company scolded me for returning the item SIX months after receiving my refund which was upsetting. I had to contact them to ask if they could return my account to what it was originally which they did not do. The markups are more than double which other enema users and groups have deemed unacceptable it does not cost the £70 each item to ship! Plus they pay wholesale. You find out what a company is like when you have to go though the complaints procedure and unfortunately I did not have a good experience.

I purchased an enema bucket last year only to find it leaking all over me and the screw not not secure. Not wanting to tamper with it and really frustrated I contacted the company who claimed that since there is never anything wrong with their products and because they can’t resell they do not accept returns. I had to argue that if it was faulty they had to return it as part of my statutory rights. They claimed that since I had used the tube (which is part of the kit) they could not accept it and deduct it from my refund. I said that I would pay the extra for another bucket if they wanted to do that which they refused. I said it was sold as part of the kit and they therefore they would have to refund entirely. They are fine when everything goes well but offer Unintelligent responses and an argumentative attitude when dealing with issues. This left me very upset and annoyed at their incompetence. Unfortunately this is the only company that uk residents can purchase Purelife buckets from. When I returned to look again six months later they asked what I was buying to which I replied I hadn’t decided they said that I had returned a good product and they had to throw away. I told them it wasn’t legal for them to keep badgering me about a return six months ago and as explained it was faulty and had leaked all over me. No apology at all!! In addition these products are massively overpriced. A bucket by purelife in the USA costs around £60 and they charge £135 not a very good saving to hand down to customers! I contacted purelife in USA who said that it was a massive mark up but they did not ship to the uk. So we are stuck with these for these great products until this greedy company get some fair competition!

Although I didn't receive a dispatch confirmation, I received the order within days of placing it. No fuss.

There was an issue with the courier not delivering so I rang Evolution and they sent a second parcel out straightaway.
