Bought a case, I wouldn’t recommend a metal case as it acts as a signal blocker, iPhone 17 pro max went from 5G to E with the case on and as soon as I took it off 5G comes back. Not impressed

Avoid them. Expensive case buttons fall off, and no support offered.
Avoid! They do not stand behind their quality. Bought an expensive MagSafe leather case for my iPhone 17 pro max. Seemed good for a month or two until the sleep /Apple Pay button just fell off clearly because of a manufacturing issue. Now Evolved Chargers refuses to accept any responsibility and instead of backing up their product by either fixing / replacing this, they accept no responsibility and actually breaching Australian consumer law by selling defective products. Would 100% avoid, even on sale.

Scam, bad products, horrible people
Scam company. I got my case and it’s cheaply made, doesn’t even fit right on my phone, and scratched my phone. They wouldn’t let me return it or get a refund after going back-and-forth with them on email for months. I asked for a refund, they said they will only issue return or refund if the package is not open, I said the package is not open, they asked me to send picture proof, I did that, they asked me to send video proof, I did that, and then they said they can’t accept a return because the package is open when they asked me to send a picture of the product. I also asked them to promise they would not say I can’t return it since it’s open if I took a picture of it, they assured me they would not say, then they said that horrible company, total scam, bad people.

The products look great on the website…
The products look great on the website but when you receive it you will quickly see that these are just cheap cases from Temu or Aliexpress. They dont even try to hide it, the plastic bag it comes in says "high quality phone case" and carries no evolved chargers branding at all. Also, if you do have any issues prepare to receive numerous emails that are just cut/pasted and dont address any of the issues you have. 100% do not recommend this company.

MagCase Metal Awful!
MagCase Metal. Terrible product, not as advertised. I dropped my phone in its new Evolved case, it just fell out of my hand onto the floor, nothing dramatic.
The case immediately fell to bits, spilling my phone onto the ground. The securing latch had snapped off so the plastic case didn’t offer the, ‘solid metal drop protection’ (the back cover is plastic) that was advertised and expected from the case.
It cost me £31, reduced from £62!!! I expected quality. The case couldn’t be reassembled correctly.
I initially contacted the Customer services Department. They referred my query to the technical Team. It took some time for a person to respond at which point, they asked for video evidence. I sent photos, they eventually agreed to replace the case, as long as I paid p&p. Great!!
No! The new one arrived and again, the first drop, onto a soft shag pile carpet, did exactly the same thing!!! The tiny plastic retainer snaps easily, it’s weak and not fit for purpose. Stay away

MagCase Metal For iPhone 17 Air
I purchase a mag case for my iPhone 17 air. Day 1 of receiving it, within 1 hour I reached out to Evolved and explained the back pulled out when I removed the phone from the other magnetic mounts/ chargers/holders and that this was not suitable for my needs (fit for purpose) and requested how to return and receive my full refund off them. Evolved requested video evidence which I sent them. Evolved then told me I had to slide the phone across the each of my holder’s so that the phone could be removed without the back being pulled. They refused that their product was not fit for purpose . THIER RETURNS POLICY STATES THE PRODUCT HAS TO BE UNOPENED AND IN THE ORIGINAL PACKAGING, UNUSED-UNOPENED! Firstly, how can you not open your product to ensure you are happy with your purchase? SECONDLY, THE CASE WAS SHIPPED FROM THE UK, ANY RETURNS HAVE TO BE SENT TO THE USA WITH 25% DEDUCTED FOR RESTOCKING! Really is the acceptable? They then sent me an email after all the emails going back and forth to tell me I was know out of the 30 day window for returns. This product wasn’t cheap to buy and have had to purchase another case that is fit for purpose. I would not advise or recommend this company to anyone.

Terrible service
Terrible service. I dropped my phone in its new Evolved case the day after I bought it.
The case immediately fell to bits and my new iPhone 17 was damaged, so the case didn’t offer the protection I’d expected from the case, which cost over £30. The case couldn’t be reassembled.
I initially contacted the Technical Department, on the day I dropped the case. They referred my query to the Management Team. They took over a week to respond and at the point of response, said that my query now fell outside the warranty period on the case and so they couldn’t offer me any solution. Horrendous company to deal with. Stay away

Cheap product
Cheap product. I bought the MagSafe orange metallic charger with the magnetic card case and when it arrived there was no magnetism at all. I emailed customer service and they were no help. They told me since it had been opened it was not returnable because of their policy. Well my policy is that I will never give them another cent, much less $180. Stay Away!!!

iPhone case is an extremely poor…
iPhone case is an extremely poor product with only a 30 day warranty. Case lasted less than one and a half months before loosening, and completely failed by two months. No drops/damage. Company refused to provide any support for the case as it was beyond 30 days. Have had a quick look on trust pilot … others have found the same thing.

Poor quality product
Poor quality product, no warranty and unresponsive customer service.
Product failed in less than 12 months. No warranty provided and after extensive conversations to follow up with customer service they stopped responding.
Product purchased: 3 in 1 PowerBank for Apple
Update: Evolved Charges are willing to respond to poor product review, but not to my emails. I gave them 2 chances to do this but they went cold. I don't have time to follow up with them. I already bought a replacement product from a competitor. Seems like they provide 30 day money-back guarantee, but no warranty beyond this. I assume this is because product quality is poor. This was my experience.

Charger totally inadequate, as it only charged my iPhone from 35%to 89% and it died .The case appears flimsy, edges seem metal but the rest is clearly plastic screen protector is pretty much
Old school with all the accompanying bubbles.
Returns policy unreasonable, as they refuse any opened products and even unopened charge US shipping and 25% restock fees.They have no idea of UK or EU rules
Over “Fit for purpose items” and subsequent returns policy.
Stick to Amazon readers.
Totally overpriced as they are clearly cheap imports and when you give an honest review they offer a discount to buy another product.
Website reviews are selectively skewed to the top stars whist independent review sites, such as this tell it like it is. I only wish I had seen them before purchase.
Asked for a video ? Of what they know what their products look like.

I am still waiting for a replacement/refund after receiving a warped case that doesn't fit the phone. They say we are reviewing (24hrs they state), yet ignore follow-ups, requests, etc. Its nearly a week later and nothing. BUT send me 30% off options as im unhappy!
And to send back they charge, which is ok if not wanted, but it's faulty and unusable.
I just want my money back now.

Funny how they demand proof, I have, I sent the order no. in.
They reply here immediately in a very conciliatory tone, and yet I email and again get nothing back yet again, so don't believe what they write here either

I bought an iPad case
I bought an iPad case, which at first, seemed to be very sturdy construction. Fast forwards 2 weeks and it is literally falling apart and keeps deteriorating in quality each day. The cardboard is sagging, pieces of the coating are frayed and falling off, and I can’t believe the $s I paid for this sorry excuse.
