Online portal not working so had to…

Online portal not working so had to ring, even then I cant give my investment choices on the phone. I need to fill a form in online, but this cant be submitted online, it needs to be separately e-mailed so my personal details need to be sent in an unsecured manner. Investment choices are limited. And I shouldn't need to have to make 'no change' notifications just because the trustee decides to change the default and gives members just one week to respond. No idea if my form has been actioned as there has been no acknowledgement. Overall a pretty poor service

We've looked into this and there was no requirement to let us know if you were happy with the change being made, only if you wanted to select an alternative investment. Changes of this nature are not made lightly and consider the needs of our Membership to protect their Retirement Savings.

I’m not with evolve pensions.you took…

I’m not with evolve pensions.you took money from my wages for a few months even after I contacted you to state I had opted out the first month you started taking it.I have since contacted you several times and you refused to pay it all back and now it’s gone past the time limit allowed so you purposely ignored me emails and calls so you wouldn’t have to pay it back.I have asked for it to be transferred to a different company and you wouldn’t allow this either.so now you have over £500 of my money and won’t give it back

Hello Laura,

By law all employers in the UK must enrol qualifying employees into a pension scheme. They then collect contributions and pay them to us as their chosen provider. We've checked our records, and we didn't receive a request for you to opt out until 5 months after you had been enrolled into the scheme meaning unfortunately that was outside the 30 day window for opting out.

Under scheme rules Members are not permitted a refund unless it is in that first 30 days. However we would be happy to assist you in transferring your contributions to your current provider although we can't find any record of you requesting this either.

Very frustrating trying to contact.

Tried daily calling the number supplied. Automated reply,voice mail inbox full, e-mail sent ,no reply.Finally spoke to a person,from then on ,very informative and helpful,just the initial attempt trying to contact Evolve was very disappointing,as were the posted reviews of other people's experiences.

Do not use this company.

Asked for a paper statement of my pension as per my rights.
This firm is extremely unhelpful, bordering on rude. They ignore you when they cannot back up they're claims. Inexperienced staff say different things when you eventually manage to get through to them.
