Bought an ai interactive koala for my…

Bought an ai interactive koala for my grandaughter Christmas...looked amazing on site! Never been as disappointed when a stuffed toy koala arrived yesterday! Poor quality and definitely not interactive! False advertising and a scam! Will be contacting trading standards...this site should be shut down..furious!

Evora official don’t deserve any star!!!

They don't deserve a single star. A truly terrible company. I ordered a special stuffed animal for my daughter with anorexia nervosa in July. They delivered NOTHING. I emailed several times to ask for a refund. They didn't. They promised to do so. Never buy from this dishonest company!

Do not buy this product,it's all…

Do not buy this product,it's all fake.Once you receive the product then they will deny all of your response.I have purchased straightener which is not working but there customer service is now denying that they can not help me after this .Very pathetic service I must say .Plz don't waste your money .You will regret it .

I've send 4-5 mails these guys and won't even have the manners to respond to their customers. And the product received is purely fake. EVORA PARIS is truely scamming people.

Evora Koala Purchase July 2025, no delivery or refund, Do Not Buy from this Company

I placed an order for a Koala back in July 2025 and sent countless emails trying to find out delivery details. Evora kept sending me emails saying they were trying to track the package and, in the end, stopped replying to my emails and so as of 2 December 2025 no product and no refund, I just sent another email today but not expecting a reply. This is a terrible company with poor service and misleading information. Do not buy from them.

Avoid at all costs

Order 6 months ago, never arrived.
Emails were responsive for a month or two but I know realise they were just trying to keep my happy, promising it was on the way.
Eventually when I started asking for a refund they stopped reposnding to emails.
Completely scam avoid at all costs.

If I could give no stars I would. I ordered in July and have still not received my order? I keep emailing but I get no reply. They took my money and are now just ignoring me it is a scam do not order from them.

The site doesn't even warrant a 1 star! Take your money and never receive the order! After countless emails they no longer respond. This was a present for my daughter I ordered in June and its November now. No item, no refund

Evora Paris is a fraud company

Evora Paris is a fraud company. They take money and orders for items and then send you substandard and more importantly the WRONG product. Then for a refund they demand a sealed box and lots of other things. In other words you lose money. DONT BUY FROM THIS BRAND

So disappointed

I ordered the koala for my daughter in March. It was delivered in May and was faulty! It kept clicking - not at all soothing! I contacted customer services and the assured me that they would send a replacement. It is now November!!! My daughter has waited 6 months for her replacement koala and still not arrived!!! VERY DISAPPOINTED! And from a company that's all about helping anxiety??????????

Horrific service!! To call themselves a company is a joke!! I ordered the anxiety koala from them in May, it is mid November and still no koala!! I have attempted to make contact multiple times to be advised it is on its way, and still nothing!! Do not use this company

I ordered on 15/7/25. I wrote numerous emails as well as using their get in touch site to chase up my order but they didn't respond and looks like we won’t get our order either. Complete con. Never use them be aware they will take your money but not give you the goods

MY MONEY WAS STOLEN - DO NOT ORDER ANYTHING

I ordered 2 of their Koala products in May, was given a tracking number, weeks go by and nothing was received. I have written over 25 emails to them, any correspondence from them has stopped. This fraudulent company took over $80 from me, Im looking into contacting the BBB. Keep away from this company!!

I would prefer to have the option to…

I would prefer to have the option to rate this company with a 0 or -0. I ordered some Kola bears in June for my grandkids. I was charged on my credit card but I've not received the product and I've not received a refund when I asked to cancel the order. I've got tons of emails from Gab and Jan that say nothing but fluff ..sorry for your frustration ... things are back ordered ... I'll keep track of you order ...etc. etc.. DO NOT ORDER from this company ...

I ordered a koala bear for my grandson in JUNE. Today is Halloween and he never received it. It was more expensive than other sites, and now I’ve asked for a refund and they no longer respond. Just took the money and kept saying it’s been shipped since June. I wish I could give 0 stars
