Absolute crock of thieves

Absolute crock of thieves! I tried to purchase the Koala. Paid for it on June 6th. I’ve never received the order. Contacted them
Multiple times and basically fobbed off. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY. I’m still trying to get my money back. They respond quickly but do absolutely nothing. Warn warn warn!!! I’m now claiming money back through my credit card charge back.

Dreadful!!

Despite being told in several emails that my Koala had been shipped in June 2025 nothing has arrived. I have had multiple email exchanges from their 'support' team saying they are chasing it up. In August I asked for a refund and was assured this had been requested. As the email wording is all the same and the signature does not state the position of the sender I suspect it is an auto generated email. Still nothing and I am still trying to get a refund, so take note of all these awful reviews.

Terrible Experience — Never Received Order

Had a pretty bad experience with this company. I placed my order on May 10th, 2025 and am writing this review on September 13th, 2025. I have still not received my order. Firstly, the order took forever to ship. Upon contacting customer service two times to obtain an update they just said that they are very backed up and will get my order out as soon as possible. On June 27th, 2025 I received a notification that my order was shipped but it's been radio silence since then. I have since then contacted customer service twice again to receive an update but they have not provided anything useful. The tracking link takes me to the website of some company called YunExpress and my order status wasn't updated past the initial "Order has been shipped" for a month since I received the notification. Overall, I would definitely not recommend this merchant since they are completely unreliable and this seems to be a pattern with some as per others reviews as well.

SCAM!!

SCAM!!! If I could give zero stars I would. Ordered and never received my order. I emailed the first time and they responded. I emailed again when I did not receive my order after another 30 days and I was ghosted. It is an overseas company. Order was placed May 25, 2025. Still have not received my order.

Ordered this in July not received nothing !!! IV emailed them several times only responded once .still not received !!!! they have taken my money but sent no product it's a SCAM 😭
Now advertising & selling product at half price . I want my money back. !!!!!

Evora official is a total scam

Evora official is a total scam! Paid good money for a koala as I suffer anxiety. I’ve tried everything else, this was heavily advertised, so I thought I’d give it a shot.
I checked a couple of things first. #1: I went to the website and didn’t order through FB ads. #2: I checked where the product ships from and the search states it only ships in the U.K.
On my bank statement, the charge said: SP Evora London, but when it shipped, the notification link stated shipment by China post. I was still willing to give it a shot.
The link never updated from ‘processing’ and when the item didn’t arrive in ten weeks, I contacted the company.
To begin with, I was told it had shipped, but they needed to look in to why it wasn’t showing movement. I was asked to give customer services a couple of days to check.
I heard nothing within ten days, the shipping still not updated, so I sent a second email asking for a refund. I then received another notice the item had just shipped and a reply asking once again for more time.
I knew I had 120 days to raise a clawback and was unprepared to let another 60 days slide by without update, so I filed the forms for no receipt of goods and company misrepresentation, three days later, I had my money back. I have still received nothing from Evora, no goods, no explanation or email update whatsoever.
Buyers beware, the website looks official but the company hides its location. Customer service is terrible and you’ll be lucky to receive your order. I’ve read reviews from some who did receive a koala, but the quality is awful and it breaks soon after use.
There are better anxiety relief products out there that actually exist.

No goods, no refund, awful company

Awful company. My order was shipped but the tracking never updated. I contacted the company who always replied with false promises. I waited and waited. Order did not arrive, shipping had not updated. I requested a refund. It was agreed but again I waited and waited whilst getting emails that just fobbed me off. In the end I had to contact my bank who recovered my money via a charge back.

Avoid at all costs

No order arrived. Finally cancelled and asked for a refund which we finally received after over 3 weeks of pushing them. This included them saying the refund had already been processed. When we told them we would get the bank involved the refund appeared in our bank with no email or explanation.
This is a company to avoid at all costs

A horribly fraud company

A horribly fraud company who believes in all unethical forced sales to the customer. There is no coordination between the ordered product and product sent.Also,they auto generated orders from their end and send item and thereby charge money from the customer despite no orders placed...upon mailing to customer care they reply through fraud mail ID and never rectifies their mistake...a total cheater company with horrible product s

Scam

Scam! Don't trust this company! 3 months since I ordered. No valid tracking # (it just says 'preparing shipment'), no info from the polite but useless/SCAM customer service, and no refund. I'll have to get my bank to reverse the charges. Don't order from Evora, Evora Official, or SP Evora London!!

Is Evora a Scammer?

Evoraofficial.com ticks all the boxes: promotional hype, new domain, product non-delivery, refund denial, and overwhelming negative feedback.
I hesitated to write this review, hoping my order would eventually arrive. But after waiting more than four months, it’s clear that won’t happen.
To avoid the same disappointment:
Stick to trusted, established retailers.
Be wary of unrealistic deals.
Remember, extremely steep discounts (like 50% off) on niche products are often bait used by scam sites.

Bought a koala for Christmas for my…

Bought a koala for Christmas for my granddaughter ( ordered in September 24) as she has problems sleeping due to anxiety. The bear stopped the breathing motion in May. Tried various types of batteries to see if that would help but nothing did. Contacted their customer services with a promise that a replacement would be sent out. That was July, it’s now September and no bear received just a load of excuses via email. They haven’t replied to my latest email because I asked them directly have they actually sent one. I think the non reply is my answer.

Still haven't received the order

Still haven't received the order, and it's been three months. Although the customer service does respond to the inquiries, they have nothing to say except that it's the carrier's fault and that's it. And they have done nothing to reimburse me or to send new items instead of the "lost" ones.

One star is very generous

I placed my order and never received it. Initially the customer service team was getting back to me (Albeit of not help at all) but now I can't even get a reply. Their website makes it look like you are safe ordering from them, that is wrong! Do not order from this company, it is fraudulent.
