The usual story with evry!!!

The usual story with evry!!!
Send you a mail [that is if you are lucky enough!]
After waiting, at the very last minute another mail [again if you are lucky!] Telling you that in the end they won't deliver!
That usually happens 3,4,times and sometimes like now, 12 days later, l still don't have my item delivered!!!
Absolutely appalling and useless company!
Avoid them at any cost!
You have been warned!!!!

Totally useless

Totally useless. Every time I buy something on ebay and the seller uses Evry its just a nightmare. Sending me messages that there was a attempted delivery but its not true. There is always someone at home but Evry won't even show up. As well I've had cases when they changed their delivery times 4 times in one day and at the end they came late at night and just tossed it over the gate and it was left there all night in the rain because they wouldn't even bother to send a message.
It's just the worst delivery service ever

Couldn't care less if they tried

Used them for the delivery of two items I sold on eBay to two different buyers. Both were received badly damaged. I had to refund the buyers and one of them gave me negative feedback on eBay. My first in 20 years. The customer blamed me not Evry. Changing their name from Hermes has fooled nobody. I've got a few choice names for them. They are utterly useless. They need to be kicked out of their industry.

this is not a first time with me

this is not a first time with me, this is multiple time happened with me. i made order with Ebay, but Ebay used Evry. i received an email that your parcel has been delivered ,but i didn't find where where is my parcel. When i tracked ten i see they delivered a wrong place which is far away from me.

I still waiting them to deliver my return parcel over a month , the seller send me letter to take me to the court because of them , they think I still the parcel , I contact Evry they didn’t solve the problem , I don’t know what to do.

I am surprised how this company is…

I am surprised how this company is still running and companies are still using their services based on the reviews.

I would like to add one of my own reviews here as well, i have sent valuable item with them with next day delivery service, it turns out the parcel is somewhere lost unsure where and it is a night mare to speak to anyone about this.

Their customer service is horrible not helpful at all and i wouldn't be surprised if the parcel has not been stolen!. THIEVES!

I HOPE THEY GET CLOSED DOWN!

LIARS

LIARS. Just simple as that. THey've lied about missing me for a delivery when I was at home, they keep trying to deliver the parcel to my worklplace after working hours! Completely useless company, I have no idea why it still exists. Everyone hates them.

Disgusting service

Disgusting service. The delivery person prepends how he delivered my parcel trough the postbox( shown on the photo) and took it with him. Do you know those days everyone had a cameras on their doors and they can see you stealing. Absolutely disgusted.

Another delivery company going bad

Another delivery company going bad. Though it was better than DPD but seems like same bad thing. Chose Evry to return a parcel. Paid more than 10 pounds to het it picked up. Stayd home full day to wait for Evry. Depite this I rteceved a message they missed me which is IMPOSSIBLE. Dirvers (in this case Kelly Temo) keep lying when they didn't do their job on time.

They lost me as a customer...The parcel…

They lost me as a customer...The parcel wasn't delivered to my customer, so I submitted the claim, and straight away my tracking information changed to "returning to sender". They also requested lots of information to be submitted to them confirming the value of the parcel (additional cover has been purchased), dispatching confirmation, and so on.
As soon as all the paperwork was provided they just rejected my claim with reason: Parcel was delivered to the sender. I haven't received it!!! When I try to escalate the claim - it says I cannot do anything because the claim was rejected. That's it! Job done!

They scammed me.

I ordered on Black Friday and still have not received my order. They said two of the three items are out of stock and will not be in anytime soon, but they are still selling them on the website. They will only offer store credit. At this point, I have not received my merchandise, a credit or a refund. Or my one item that IS in stock, even though I've told them multiple times to ship whatever is available. I've heard their product is good, it's a shame they took more orders than they could handle and left their customers disappointed like this. And to not give a refund under these conditions is absolutely insane. This company is a total scam. Please avoid them - they don't care about their customers at all.

Damage and stolen packages

12 packages yes this is how many i order last 10 days. All arrive by EVRY, with experience of guy ringing on the throwing the package and leave without even wait 10 seconds to see if someone will open the door i showbup on window and ask him why he already running to the van he absolutely disrespectful answered to me I DONT HAVE A WHOLE DAY, IS IT THE PARCEL THERE YES SO WHAT DO YOU WANT!!!! that i told him if he get paid for thia job should do the job correct, is it now my problem that he is greedy and pick up so many packages that on 12 hours slot he can't complete them. I said to him i will report the package as lost or stolen as he left it somewhere on my driveway i have to look for it later on his disgusting action was PLEASE PLEASE DO IT PLEASE REPORT IT DONT GIVE A..... this was the answer such a dramatic scene from him. Well tis is nothing catch this one every single package EVERY single on arrive open yes open from the corners or cut with knife directly from the middle to check the package contain. I have most od the items from amazon books so on package they looks like tablets all they was open from both side, other packages i have arrived at the next few days same story but this time professional cut from the middle all the same cuts deep one 1 of the item was cozy winter socks and they ware cut.My girlfriend items also arrive by EVRY same story all cut from thr middle or corners with blade TO COMPLAIN about this you can't realy you going to automatic chat with bot and you done, she did report few od them also she have a pictures i also have pictures but no where to upload them. So EVRY will say package possible was damage during transit thats why they are open PLEASE SAVE IT, WE ALL KNOW EVERYBODY KNOW drivers from amazon and EVRY still packages this is weekly bonuses they do, how i know i got bunch of people i know from far distance they do this to live, non of this drivera care about how many packages they will do a day or week, i know people who at the end of the week from EVRY and Amazon stilling they fill a entire van with packages and than sell it on BITS. AVOID AVOID EVRY disrespectful attitude awful delivery save money choose another company. It's to late to say this with 90% bad reviews EVRY is top 1 at Trust pilot JUST IMAGINE how poor this company

Evri were supposed to deliver a parcel…

Evri were supposed to deliver a parcel from lakeland today. I was advised Andrew would deliver between 7.30pm and 8.30pm. At 8.45 I got a message to say they couldn't deliver as no one home. Rubbish!!! Not only were we home i sat at the window for the given hour and no one came. This is not thefirst or second time deliveries haven't arrived. Always at night. The drivers just go home. Not good enough!!!!!
