Quick Support but Poor Stock Updates
Ordered something from the site, but it was taking a while, so I reached out. Unfortunately for me, the item was OOS so they offered me a replacement and even a complimentary gift for the inconvenience, but I didn’t want either, so they refunded me almost instantly. Appreciate the quick replies, but I just wish they had informed me about the stock issue before I had to ask.
