First ebike I got love it to bits found the website on Facebook alot to choose from, I had some questions I want to ask about a ebike and they answered them and are very nice no pressure in getting one, helped me all the way though get one sorted and help sort out where it was when the courier company was behind in delivering it, they are very nice and helpful company I will be recommend them to people and tell everyone where I got it from will come here again when I need a upgrade in a few years time

The purchase and delivery of the bike was very efficient. The customer service response times were also rapid and all of my concerns were dealt with quickly and left me satisfied.

The bike itself “ADO A20” is very easy to use and navigate. The folding feature on the bike allows me to put the bike into smaller spaces than a conventional bike which makes it very convenient for travelling and storage purposes.

Very happy with my ADO A20. The build quality of the product is excellent for the slimmer price tag and the customer service was very good, the transaction was smooth, filled me with confidence throughout. I also used their klana payment method and had no issues was very easy to navigate and transparent. Cannot reccomend this up and coming company more.

Brilliant customer service couldn’t help enough. The scooter I bought (the wave) is of a very high standard easy to use and feels very safe even at top speed. The added option to use Klarna for payment makes it available to everyone that want a high spec electric scooter for commuting to work or just for pleasure.

After not really having much knowledge or experience with E-scooters I decided to approach Ev-wiz for some advice. After a lengthy chat with one of their staff, who was very professional and knowledgeable, I ended up purchasing the Relay model and I couldn't be happier. Its sleek design, long lasting battery and smooth ride really took me by surprise. I highly recommend using the expertise of the staff at Ev-wiz if your considering buying an E-scooter.

Got this for my Grandson to travel to work/ uni easy to take on the train with him to use on arrival. Was amazed how long the battery lasted after being charged. Great service highly recommended

Wonderful company with massively experienced and knowledgable staff.
With regards to the product itself I cannot fault it at all! It actually does what it says on the tin and saves me petrol!, it’s also a great way to get out and about, even in the winter months as I was massively skeptical about the tyre grip but it completely outperformed my expectations as to the fact.
The speed and acceleration is at your fingertip and not only do you feel the pull, the platform of the scooter itself and the mechanics behind the design make you feel shrouded in safety as the modular design is completely neutral and very stable to say the least. A great purchase on my behalf and will certainly be recommending EV-Wiz to my friends in the future, keep up the good work.
